We stayed in a Meritus Club room on the 14th February. Without a doubt, this was one of the nicest hotels we have stayed in and we have stayed in many. The staff were wonderful, the service impeccable,and the room was quiet and luxurious. The Meritus extras were well worth the money.We had a wonderful stay--thank you.

The hotel was fantastic and located with easy access to everyting. The rooms were wonderful and the employees very kind and helpful. I can't wait to go back. When I return to Singapore, I want to return to the Marina Mandarin. Part of what made my trip wonderful was the service I received at the hotel.

This is a beautiful hotel. I enjoyed the song birds in the interior atrium. Negatives are the rooms seem dated and in need of modernizing. Also, the bed a very firm with no pillow top and the pillows were large but nothing but air. Sounds picky, but most upscale hotels have greatly improved their sleeping ammenties. Great mattresses, sheets, pillows etc...

The ambience was good. We had a good city, as well as marina bay view. The staff are corteous. The room was clean. The environmental services comes twice a day to check if you need to clean up your room, organized way of getting a public transportation.One thing I would recommend is to include a free breakfast as a complimentary for taking their country's airline (in my case Singapore air)- this was offered by other website.

I had a good deal for my weekend stay, otherwise the rate is usually quite high and not attractive. The hotel ambience is excellent but most of the rooms do not offer a good view. The hotel is flexible, allowing early check-in once a room is available without extra charge. Concierge staff is professional and location is just great for everything!

This hotel is beautiful and the rooms are really nice, very helpful staff and wonderful views of the singapore flyer and marina area, Taxi rides to all locations within $6.00AU very happy with our stay

This is such an excellent hotel, room has plenty of space, bathroom is so pleasing, everything has a touch of class, even the services. The pool is fantastic with a skyscrapers view of Singapore and open 24 hours. The location is fantastic, with Marina square just next door and close to the City Hall MRT station. I definitely recommend Marina Mandarin hotel.

The Marina Mandarin Singapore is an excellent hotel choice for anyone visiting Singapore whether business or pleasure. The staff are friendly and helpful with anything you need like restaurant suggestions, directions, taxi or train directions, etc. The hotel is within walking distance to many local sights like Esplanade Theatre, Raffles Hotel and Clarke Quey. It is also walking distance to the train or bus station or the staff will call you a taxi within minutes to go anywhere. The room was beautiful and newly renovated, I think. My husband could get work done easily in the business center. I would recommend this hotel to everyone and I will definitely stay here again and again!

Fantastic hotel with great staff and well worth the money for the Meritus Club rooms! The location is great with everything you need in walking distance and the rail system is close by if you need to travel further. Will definitely return.

Excellent hotel and great service. I was given a free next category room upgrade at no extra charge. Given late check out at 2pm.

The Hotel is quite well located for dining, etc. The staff were polite and the service was good. However, the hotel is constructed like a dome with rooms built around it. It has a lounge in the middle with live music throughout the time until 2am. The staff changed room for me once but it did not help at all. It was rather like somebody's karaoke in my room. The staff apologized but the situation did not improve until about 2am. The next morning, at about 7am, I was awakened by "birds" singing (P.A. system). The second night was just the same. My stay was very unpleasant.

An excellent hotel, in a great location in the heart of Singapore. Very friendly and efficient staff, wouln't hesitate to stay there again. On the downside the cost of an extra be in the room was SG$70 a night.

Their lounge is on the 4th floor lobby of the hotel, and there is live music and entertainers every night. Music resonates throughout the hotel So, if you are looking for a quiet rest after a long day, you may like to think otherwise. Service is inflexible. They loss my reservation and I was locked out of my room. I don't think I am being treated well.
