The conference hotel is located in the heart of Singapore's city centre and just 10 minutes by car from Sentosa Island, where Universal studio and The Merlion and Merlion Walk are situated. Facilities
Built in 2010, this air-conditioned city hotel features three towers with 2561 rooms and suites, capped by a 340 metre-long SkyPark located 200 metres above ground level. It combines world class exhibition and meeting facilities, world-class gaming, celebrity chef restaurants, museums and signature shopping, all in one landmark structure. Its expo and convention centre, which totals more than 120,000 square metres, will feature flexible convention and exhibition space capable of accommodating approximately 2000 exhibition booths, 250 meeting rooms and over 45,000 delegates and a grand ballroom of more than 8,000 square metres. Guests are welcomed in the conference hotel in a lobby with 24-hour reception and check-out services, a hotel safe, currency exchange facilities and lift access. Further facilities include a casino, games room, children's playground (fees apply) and a bar and pub. Guests may also make use of the Internet access (fees apply), room service, laundry service (fees apply) and car park.
Rooms
All the rooms have double-glazed windows to reduce noise and halve the heat that normally comes through the windows. The rooms are also equipped with an advanced eco-mode system so that guests can play their part in protecting the environment. Other facilities available in the rooms include a safety deposit box, tea and coffee making facilities, a direct dial telephone, satellite TV, a radio, broadband Internet access (with a fee). Each room additionally features an en suite bathroom with shower, bathtub and hairdryer, as well as a double or king-size bed, minibar, ironing set and individually regulated air conditioning. About one third of the guest rooms do not have a bathtub.
