The Marin Hotel was an average hotel. Very easy to access the ferry that takes you into San Fran. The hotel needs to be upgraded. Morning breakfast was a nice plus. They had an assortment from cereal to waffles, yogurt, fruit and more. The lady at the breakfast bar was very friendly. The staff was helpful.

Pay more and say anywhere else. The rooms are hot and have no A/C . The staff was for the most part rude and unqualified. The rooms smell musty. They are large but that is the only plus.

We stayed with our 10 month old son and our two dogs. We were pretty happy with the hotel overall as far as suite size and location of the property. There is a Safeway store very close that came in very handy. However, be sure to take into account that they do not have air conditioning!!! We were on the third floor and without 3 fans and all the windows open it would of been uncomfortable. Depending on the weather, we feel that it is a good place to stay. There are a lot of great places to see located very close to the property.

See for yourself, I thought it was just me until I witnessed rudeness toward another guest. Rooms were great at a good price, to bad such terrible hospitality!!!!!!!!!!!

Marin Suites was very comfortable for my mother and I. We ordered in and had good dinners delivered. I was arranging wedding flowers in the suite and the kitchen was perfect. Corte Madera is a nice town. We went to the shopping center and it was really nice. So overall it was fabulous, not to mention the wedding was out of this world gorgeous.

We will definitely stay here again when we visit family and friends in Marin. We were pleased with everything that was offered and found the staff to be very courteous and helpful.

I felt like I was in a very old hotel - - room was almost stark - basic - . Hotel staff were very friendly & accomodating - but room had no ambiance. We chose the hotel as we had gone to a wedding reception near by in Novato - and needed to stay the night in that area.

This place is a real find. They just finished renovating and it looks great. The suites are HUGE, with big kitchens. Very safe neighbourhood with a theater, restaurants,a Safeway and a Nordstroms in walking distance. I'd go back and would recommend it to my friends.

The room was clean and comfortable. Hotel is constantly being updated. Continental breakfast has a good variety. The price was good for the area. I would stay there again. On the downside, I am from the south and am accustomed to hotels being air conditioned. I arrived when a heat wave was going on. After the second day, the weather changed and there was no need for air conditioning. In fact, I needed the heater and the room had a heater. Also, there was a lot of freeway noise.
