Great central location. Nice rooms. Big bed and nice bathroom. Very nice common area, with sofas and a bar, with a glass atrium overhead. Great if you need to meet people or just have a drink. Buffet breakfast pretty good and reasonably priced at 12 euros.

1) Very good location, modern and good interiors 2) Staff are not helpful and not very polite 3) Hotel is on a street which can get noisy sometimes 4) Breakfast was good but a bit expensive 5) Not a lot of of English-speaking channels on TV in room

Did not eat at the hotel but in general a very nice place to stay and a good location staff very helpfull only problem didn't get chance of a night cap at the bar.

A very nice hotel in perfect location - really quiet area although in the centre (quite unbelievable for Madrid!). Friendly and helpful staff. The hotel worth recommending. Affordable rates with hotelclub. For sure I will stay there again.

Excellent hotel with wonderful public areas on ground floor which are ideal if you are with friends. I thought it was almost getting up to Parador standards.Bedrooms are a little small but very large bed and spotlessly clean - even under the bed!The location is very central 5 min walk from Sol yet in a quiet side road behind government buildings so little passing traffic or noise. We thought it excellent value at our weekend rate of €120 /nt for a quality hotel and breakfasts at €10 much better value than other 4**** hotels.
