Enjoy so much my business trip in March 2009 when I was staying there. The service is very efficient. Visited the Wall Street BAr alot ..fantastic.

During my stay, I was waken up by all lights suddenly turned on at 1 AM, I then realized that all air circulation was stopped after an hour of struggle on the air controller. I called the service desk, they told me they are doing regular maintenance on the hotel air conditioning systems, the power won't be back until 5 AM. The air was so stuffy in my room and the temperature reached 27 C (81 F), it's impossible for us to sleep in this situation. I complained to their front office Manager EVA about this situation, but her attitude was absolutely rude. We paid the 5 stars price for a good night sleep, but what did we get? We got a room with no air in the middle of night and 3 days of sickness because of stuffy air and lacking of whole night sleep.

Friendly staff and very attentive to details. They really know my preference of pillow. I stayed in Club Floor 1 March for few nights and benefit is great.

Staff are very nice. When I check in, their manager come to greet us. Bed is very comfortable, and their SPA is very good. I have a nice stay there. By the way, we use their promotion rate, I think is reasonable.

Last time I stay in 36th floor, the view is very good and I can enjoy breakfast on 40th floor. Besides, it is closed to shopping mall and there are many restaurants around it.
