In china town. Good Asian restaurants nearby. Street noise loud at night. The 2 bed apartment was clean and roomy. Access to frig, dishwasher and washing machine a plus. Provided clean towels daily. Located in china town so many good Asian restaurants nearby. We were on 10th floor but street noise was bad every night but Sunday. Lots of shouting and traffic sounds. Decor was a bit dated but clean and plenty of room. For the price I would prefer another hotel.

My Niece and I enjoyed our stay. It was in walking distance to all the major attractions, it was quiet, good secure car parking and the staff were very friendly.

We found the accommodation to be supurb and reasonable value for money given CBD location. It was clean, modern, fresh with such a big balcony offering interesting city views. Absolutely loved the pool/sauna/spa/gym facilities. Service was polite, discreet and professional. Room service breakfast worth trying! We would highly recommend these apartments to discerning travellers.

The room was well-equipped with all the essentials youll find at home. However, the room i got had a broken dishwasher and the clothing dryer was very dirty and i found socks in it most probably from the previous guest.

Balcony doors didn't seal particularly well and you could smell a lot of bushfire smoke in the mornings with all doors and windows shut!), but it was a pretty extreme series of fires going on at the time.

Overall a nice hotel in which we would consider staying at again, but only for a deal. Good facilities such as gym, pool, spa and sauna. Location good to walk to MCG and Rod Laver. Mattress was very bad though!!!!

The view from our balcony was quite good, location is great without any doubt. Lots of parking space and nice asian and western restaurants nearby. The lift elevators were always busy so we had to wait for quite long time and sometimes we had to share the lift with the cleaners and house keepers. Anyway I would to stay there again as I felt comfortable sleeping on the bed and liked the location too, very convenient. I would have been happier to see a friendly face with the professional attitude and politeness in the reception.

this is an excellent facility- good location, renovated rooms and an excellent set up with kitchen, laundry etc.Its great to have a bit of room rather than trying to squeeze into a small hotel room. Maybe the telvisions need updating with a better range of prgramme availability.

We stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment which had views of old roof tops and the apartment itself was tired. In view of this it didn't present as good value for money, although the service was good and the location excellent.
