We arrived around 7pm to a deserted front desk. A vague girl finally came out had nothing much to say not helpful wasnt sure where to park the car or how we get our luggage to the room. Next morning we went to have breakfast 1 staff member who asked for money there and then? We paid and then asked for a refund after looking at the dismal excuse of a buffet, we crossed the road and had a lovely breakfast at the Marriott with happy service. The room was big but bit outdated and not that clean. Hallways are dark and dingy with a weird smell. The pool bar was only open on sat and sun no waiters again limited service from something thats supposed to be a resort. Again reception staff Hopeless at booking anything. Absolutly no resort feel at all. Kids liked the pool but even then with a full hotel only one waterslide was operating. No staff watch the pool no staff are around full stop and you have to wash your own towels. I wouldnt stay there again its tatty,run down and has lousy service

Although we only stayed two nights, there was no service to the room whatsoever. I expected in a hotel of this calibare that at least someone would check the room and replenish tea, coffee, milk and bathroom cosmetics.

Because of the age maybe, our room needed a few little repairs but nothing serious. the room size was the biggest we habeen in. the sliding door overlooking the beach was awesome

We stayed for one night in a one bedroom apartment and were assigned an ocean view room on the 15th floor. Very happy with the room, service and location. This resort is excellent for families, within walking distance to Cavill Ave. Would happily stay here again.

My partner and i were very happy with the hotel, its staff, and the presentation of everything! We got an unreal rate, and we were upgraded, for whatever reason (i was not going to complain!). We had a lovely breakfast buffet, and a cocktail in the pool bar in the evening. The only criticism (and it's small!) is that the restaurant and bar shut at 9 - we went out for dinner, and would have loved to have a pre-bed drink, but got back to the hotel just after 9, so couldn't! And we don't know the area well enough to go for a walk to a nearby pub/hotel.

A luxurious apartment on 33rd level with fantastic views and very comfortable bed. Friendly staff.

Excellent place to live in. Apartment was very spacious with great views and the slides were to die for! Loved every minute of it and will definitely go back again.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Sun City Staff were very pleasent an helpful. The room was a nice size with full kitchen and lovely bathroom nice hot shower. My only complaint would be windows could have done with a clean an also the back of the bathroom door was dirty. The laundry also had a funny smell it wasn't there all the time we kept the door shut. I would stay there again it was a nice big room. Pools were great indoor pool an spa was nice and warm. :-}
