Clean, tidy and functional - exactly what I would expect from a Mantra. Perfect location, fantastic price! No special facilities, but its more of a self-catered apartment than a hotel room. 1 block from Darling Harbour & 1 block from the Queen Victoria Building (and Town Hall station). Car Park next door. Its not the Hilton. Its not the Westin. You wont feel like you are surrounded by luxury - but if you want something central, comfortable & very affordable then this is perfect. Only negative - the building is very narrow & tall - i think only 5 rooms/floor. We were on the 25th floor and there are only 2 lifts... so at busy times you can expect a delay in getting up & down.

The staff at reception are very helpful ~ She helped us with how to get around and showed us several nice places that are worth to go ~ We are very pleased and will definitly book Mantra next time when we travel back to Australia.

Ideally located within a short walk to Darling Harbour and the City Centre. The room was fairly basic and the bedroom quite small with most of the space taken up by the bed. There was a clothes dryer but no washing machine even though there was space for one. A pleasant enough place to stay in for a short visit.

I was pleased with the price of the Hotel and the location was AWESOME.. My 9 year old son loved that he only had a very short distance to walk to all of the wonders of Darling Harbour. The saff were very helpful and polite. I will deffinatly be staying at th Mantraon Kent again. :0)

Hotel needs some repairs. Room had lights that were not working and door almost off hinges. Service was warm and friendly. Close to everything.
