Probably the worst hotel experience I've ever had. Initially gave us the wrong room type, then gave us the keys to a room that was already occupied! No chance of parking on site, even staff members park in the disabled spots! Had to park 3 blocks away at cost of $35 overnight. Staff were unapologetic and rude.

Unfortunately the standards of this hotel have slipped greatly since the last visit. Facilities and levels of service are in great need of improvements / renovations to maintain it's reputation.

I found my short stay to be very comfortable. Bed was comfortable, everything was clean and in working order. I have recommended the hotel to friends.

My one complaint and I feel is very important - the beds were terrible!!!! Room 1011 - 2 x double beds as bad as each other to sleep in.

This hotel room was very tired and at the bottom of the hotel outlook a concrete roof balcony was very uninviting. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

I like this hotel, It may not be the newest, flashiest hotel, but it makes up for that very easily in the cleanliness, service & price. We had a problem with the safe, it will sometimes refuse to open and beep for approx 5 minutes, but they had it seen to very quickly. lifts are quite fast.Nice receptionists as well. stay again, sure!

Very small rooms but very clean and sufficient for my requirements. I would use again if required.

Excellent hotel. Counter staff very helpful, courteous and accommodating. The room was moderate, but comfortable. But more than anything we couldn't hear any road noise and slept like babies (very unusual for Surfers). Loved the location as very close to everything of importance in Surfers.

Had to wait for 45mins to check in with a whole lot of disgruntled customers as there was only 2 people on the front desk and no one else was called up to help. The car park is full all the time, so your car has to be taken away a couple of blocks to park it.Very inconvenient to have to wait again to get your car.

the parking was ridiculous as there are 40 car parks for 400 rooms

Excellent location, right on Surfers Paradise and great for the beach. Nice room, with two balconies at a good price. Recommended for anyone staying in the area.

Hotel has great location. Needs a refurb, but I noticed that has started. Good value rooms.

The hotel was in a great location, the only thing l was a little disapointed at on one of the days was the housekeeping, they didnt come all day so had to call them, and then the bed was very hastely made and no new towels put in or bins emptied or dishes cleaned, but apart from that l would definately stay there again.

exceed all my buisness expectations. Only thing Iwould suggest, allow guest to park in underground carpark and then come up to check in .

The hotel is really good and the view is great

The studio was a decent size room. The room was clean and well presented despite being slightly dated. Parking additional which is unusual for Surfers Paradise (only $5 though). Great pool area. Great location - a 2 minute walk to Cavill Mall. Check in slow but service was satisfactory.

We really enjoyed our stay at Mantra Legends. We were told we would have a room with a balcony which we didn't receive but was fine otherwise! I also recommend installing a spa in the pool area for the cold weather!

Great location and one of the best value Gold Coast hotels comparatively. Loved the pool. Would certainly stay again.

Good value for money. Rooms have a mini kitchen and interconect, Ideal for families. Hot & cold A/C a bit trickey as no instuctions for heat.
