Access from Gold Coast Highway but easy to enter via the Bus Lane. Reception very helpful. 2 Bedroom apartment was very well laid out and I will be returning for another most enjoyable stay.

I have previously stayed at the Bel Air several years ago and the rooms are in need of a refurbishment since my last visit. The feature walls were heavily marked and our couch had a big tear in it. Otherwise the location and pool is great.

Our 2bedroom apartment was a bit warn out and the surroundings were a little tired looking, although they seemed to be doing some cleaning and painting of the exterior while we were there. Staff were very friendly.

Great pool both indoor and outdoor, spent nearly every afternoon in indoor pool with kids. Not busy which was fantastic. Great location, close to beach , shops and opposite Pacific fair

The quality of the hotel, was very bad. We have previously stayed at this hotel before and had a great room with a great view. This time we were put onlevel one, with no view and very little privacy as it over looked the lobby. The cleanliness of the room wasnt up to scratch, with dirty walls, carpets and ripped couches (have photos to prove it). Even the facilities such as the sauna, were in poor conditions. Overall the service was good, and staff did try to move us but was at capacity. Although the staff were good, we would properly not chose to stay back here in future.

This was a nice place to stay and well priced. I was attending a conference at the casino, so very handy - just a 10 minute walk. Carpets could do with replacing with a tiled floor though I think - they were worn and quite dirty. Overall, nice apartments with modern facilities. I would recommend this place and stay here again.

Staff at front desk were very helpful. Clean and tidy units but a bit outdated. very close to the QLD convention centre.
