What are your breakfast options?: We don’t have restaurant facilities on-site, however, for breakfast we have Brumby's Bakery next door and Zinc Restaurant just around the corner which serves breakfast till 10:30am.
What transport is available to get around?: Port Douglas is a very little town. If you decide to stay with us then everything is within walking distance from the resort. The beach is a 200m walk and the main street of town is just around the corner. We have a Sunday market at the marina end of town but once again it is within easy walking distance.

There is a local bus which runs from one end of Port Douglas to the other for the further out resorts which are not within walking distance of town. You can also catch this bus if you wish to go to the Wildlife Habitat.

The Airport is located in Cairns, approximately hours drive or 70 kms away. We can organise an airport transfer for you, which will pick you up from the airport and drop you directly at our resort, if you do not have your own vehicle.
What can I do nearby?: There are many different tours you can do while you’re here in Port Douglas. The below are the most popular:

- Great Barrier Reef: There are a number of different operators which can take you out to the reef, on full or half day trips. They offer snorkeling, scuba diving, sailing, sunset cruises and scenic flights.

- Daintree Rainforest: There are a number of different tour operators which can take you up into the Daintree, Cape Tribulation and surrounding rainforest areas, full and half day trips are available. Each one is slighty different offering small group touring, luxury touring, wildlife viewing and indigenous tours.

- Kuranda: Skyrail & Scenic Train - Take a beautiful trip up to Kuranda on the train, spend 2-3 hours in Kuranda Village in the rainforest and come back down on the scenic Skyrail stopping over the amazing waterfalls below. Full day trip with a self-drive option.

- Adventure Activities: Jungle surfing, white water rafting, hot air ballooning, helicopter flights, horse riding, AVT adventures, hand gliding and reef/estuary fishing.

- Gourmet Activities: Tropical fruit farms, tropical fruit wineries, coffee plantations and handmade ice cream factories.

- Wildlife Activities: Cairns Tropical Zoo, breakfast with the birds at the Wildlife Habitat, Hartley's Crocodile Adventures, Kuranda Bird/Butterfly World, Venom Zoo, Mareeba Wildlife Safari Park and Croc spotting cruises on the Daintree River.

Do you provide parking?: We have our own car park facilities. The entrance is located at the back of our building and the parking is all underground and locked from other public use.
