We would have enjoyed a quiet bar to have drink in the evening. The Mansion's was never open.

It was a great get away with my spouse. Great place to stay for a romatic getaway.

I was expecting a Southern Mansion with traditional style and beautiful woodwork. There was very modernistic paintings everywhere. The rooms could be nice, if there was not the cheap feel of red velvet. The style was nothing like the mansion that it was built to resemble. Beware that the price may look good until you check out. They will add $12.00 per person for resort fees. The employees were nice.

This hotel is not as advertised and the location is the primary problem. It is located at the very edge of the historic district and Forsythe Park is nothing to look at. I would not pay for a park view. Save your money and stay at a place closer to the river. You will be able to walk around a beautiful city. Eat at Local wine and food and Cha bella's for dinner. What a great city.

Truly a 4-star hotel in every way. We felt pampered.

Clean, friendly and staff went above and beyond. No complaint and it was wonderful. This hotel was trendy, historic and plush all in one. The staff was awesome, room was clean, large and beautiful. I will stay here again, no doubt.

My sister & I stayed at the Mansion for a girls weekend in February. The location was great because it was so quiet. The staff were all very polite, professional and helpful with directions. The hotel's town car was quite convenient, we used it everyday to get to restaurants for both breakfast & dinner. The 700 Drayton Rest.was delicious, and the 700 Cooking class with Chef Darin was a great experience, even if you don't care about cooking. The Old Town Trolley stops right on the corner of the hotel, which made getting around town very easy. The Forsyth Park acorss the street had some re-modeling going on but was still a great park to stroll thru. Oh and don't forget to book a spa appointment, it was one of the most beautiful and relaxing spas we have ever visited.

If you're looking for southern hospitality DO NOT stay at the Mansion on Forsyth Park. Repeatedly no hot water for an evening shower, a toilet that flushed every 3 or 4 hours, no welcome at all at checkin, the promised "heated pool" was ice cold, stairways were dirty plus much more. Reported the complaints tn person, in a letter to X, a conversation with S, the president, and NOTHING was done other than suggesting that I return as their guest. After that experience, no thanks.

I only stayed one night at Mansion on Forsyth Park, but I must say it was a great night. The staff greeted me as soon as my car pulled up in front of the hotel. The valet staff was courteous and helpful when I asked about nightlife and other things to do in the area. The concierge was very pleasant. My room had spoiled spilt milk in the mini-frig and when I informed him of that, he sent someone to clean it up immediately and upgraded my room. They had a no hassle approach to everything. The decor was wonderful, the bed was soft, the rooms were beautiful and the spa tub was very soothing. There was a complimentary shuttle on site as well as the restaurant. I would definitely stay there again the next time I am in Savannah. The only gripe I had was the $100 holding fee they didn't tell me about until I arrived. It's for in case something happens and things need to be replaced. You are reimbursed after checkout, but that's something that should be mentioned before check-in. Other than that, the hotel was splendid!!

Very upscale and unusual. A little far from the downtown area.

When your hotel is one of the stops for the local tourist bus you might be a little nervous, but this place is the best place to stay in Savannah. Its just north of a redeveloping area that is somewhat bleakish but just across from the Park. The bell hops know who you are when you arrive. The front desk has your paperwork already prepared (WOW). The restaurant is pricey but worth every penny and TRY O TRY to make arrangements to take the cooking class as part of your stay. If you wait till you get there it will be booked. You will love this place. Press the button.

A truly delightful experience. The staff was friendly and helpful. The beds were like sleeping on a cloud. I had a problem with a leaking shower, but they fixed it right away.

The Rack Rate was $159/nt but with resort fee and valet parking (you can't park your own car in their lot), the total per nt was over $200.

The Mansion is a beautiful mix of classic architecture and updated styling. We had a premium king room, which was wonderfully comfortable and spacious. Check in was easy and friendly and they had a nice mix playing on the Bose when we entered the room. Every encounter with the staff was nothing but pleasant. We were completely happy with the location, a little removed from the busier area but still close enough to get there quickly. The hotel also has a complimentary town car to drop off and pick up guests around town. Street parking on Abercorn (just behind the hotel) for our rental car was very easy and convenient. I would also recommend a spa appointment at Poseidon, the massages we had were excellent.

We had a wonderful time, the service at the hotel was second to none. The staff was helpful in directing us to attractions, offered suggestions on "must see locations", booking reservations for dinner, arranging transportation to the airport. I would recommend The Mansion to everyone. The mansion also offers a complementary car service, which was wonderful as well.

The hotel was so beautiful and the staff was very polite and opened all the doors and tended to all your needs. Welcomed you every time you returned and told you to have a great time when you left to go out and adventure. The restuarant was 5 gold stars. The food was delicious and the staff made sure you had everything you needed. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to stay in luxury but at a somewhat affordable price. It was well worth it. The room was absolutely marvelous. Made me feel like I was staying in a old century castle. I will be back!!!

The bed & pillow selection were fabulous. The bathroom was unique and attractive, too. A resort fee was charged although there were not identifiable resort facilities. The Mansion on Forsyth Park is a top-notch hotel with comfortable rooms. The king bed was huge, there were multiple pillows to choose from, and the bathroom was unique and attractive. The staff was friendly & accommodating to our needs.

The service, the food, the people, the location- EVERYTHING was SPECTACULAR!!!!

Gorgeous property with exceptional service; however, we had an A/C that didn't work properly, food remnants in a drawer and excessive dust in the room. Once we notified the staff, they responded immediately. Be forewarned, checkout your room immediately, so they may make adjustments for you before you get settled in. It was a grand enough experience, otherwise, that we will definitely give them another try. It truly is a gorgeous hotel!
