Description:
There are four shared hot spring baths and two shared outdoor hot spring baths (gender separate bathing only). From the outdoor hot spring baths, guests can enjoy the views of the country side. Lake Toya is now well-known for the city where the G8 Hokkaido Toyako Summit takes place in summer 2008. (09/08 YT) The building is a 9-storey modern architecture with brick-colored wall. The hotel is situated on the shores of Lake Toya and located in Toyako Onsen (hot spring) on Shikotsu-Toya National Park, which is one of the Hokkaido's well-known sightseeing spots. Activities available in the resort include walks along the lakes or on the excellent hiking trails. The hike up to the active volcano Tarumaezan, located one the southern park of the lake, is popular among visitors. To get Lake Toya, there are express trains by JR Hokkaido from Sapporo and Hakodate. It takes about one and a half hours to Toya Station from the both major cities in the region. Then from JR Toya Station, get public bus or taxi for 40 minutes to Toyako Onsen.

Apart from the main buffet restaurant where breakfasts and dinners are served, there are restaurants for light meals, lounge and bars. Karaoke is also available at Karaoke Box. For group guests, private banquets are also available on request basis.
