I had a wonderful Stay at this hotel, it has a great location with an excellent breakfast, hot toast served at the same time as the full english unlike many hotels who serve it so early it is cold by the time you want eat it. I look forward to my next visit early next year.

Lovely location, Steve and Ros very friendly and made our stay for my daughters wedding perfect. We found Steve and Ros couldn't do enough for all our party, and would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a short stay or a holiday in Scarborough. FIRST CLASS

The hotel was clean and very comfortable. Ros & Steve were lovely and friendly. Situated across from Peasholm Park, which is gorgeous. A short distance from north bay, and you can get a miniature train up to the Sea Life Centre, very interesting. We recommend a stroll round the park after the excellent breakfast. Our first time in Scarborough, and we were very happy and would definitely go back.

Small but pleasant hotel. Our rear room was extremely quiet,but some plumbing noises. Situated at the top of a hill, but easy access to sea front and bird watching areas. Freindly owners/staff. Will return.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. It is right next to Peasholm Park. Its position is ideal for exploring all parts of Scarborough. It is only a few minutes walk from North Bay from where you can get a bus to South Bay.
