My room at 37th floor (Mark & Venus suite) was OK, but if u see in the detail, especially in the bathroom, the finishing is so cheap and terible, and u will find also spider web. During breakfast, I heard two service ladies (if I am not wrong, she is even a supervisor) talking about mistakes from other guest, I could hear very well, I said oh my god, this is in 5 stars hotel. I ordered scramble eggs, but not delivered to the table, or at least informed, that it is finish. Price was reasonable, but the service poor.
