Excellent Hotel!I lived in Prague for a year and know the city quite well. It is a lovely hotel and walking distance to almost everything. I would recommend a river side room as the views are amazing. If you book a riverside room ring the hotel a day after and request a room with a balcony. The view is superb and it’s a great place to sit with a glass of wine and watch the world go by. A friend of mine came to stay with me for the weekend and they issued him a key card to the room without any hesitation or charge. Overall I would give this hotel 8 out of 10..

Very good locationI stayed at Mamasion Riverside Hotel on 6th April 2009 I found the hotel staff very kind and helpful The location was very good and you could walk anywhere (20mins) would take you anywhere, also there is a very good tram service just outside the hotel. The staff also offer to phone you the AAA taxi service and they are are a very fair price. My room was very comfortable (the bed was excellent) and I had a nice view over the river. I did not have time for breakfast next morning so can not comment on the food ,however I left my jacket when I left and the staff put it away till I could collect it4 days later very nice people would stay there again. Beautiful hotel, great location, service was efficient and professional but not in a cold way. The only thing i would say is that perhaps water could be available free in the rooms, if not it should be a lot cheaper. Other than that, fabuolous place, i'll definitely recommend it to my friends.

Though we booked the cheapest room it was automatically upgraded to a river view room (probably because it's the low season). The location of the hotel was not right in the centre, but this was not the slightest problem because of the frequency of the tram service. In summer this quiet location is probably much better than the crowded tourist centre. There are a number of easily accessible cafes serving breakfast (breakfast at the hotel was nice, but very expensive). It was a good quality mid sized hotel, great views, pleasure to stay there.
