Was upgraded to a suite which was fantastic. The outstanding thing about this hotel was the level of customer service. Staff at all levels were very polite, courteous and extremely helpful.

Superb venue!I am a frequent traveller to N.I. & whenever possible select this hotel for my stay. It has warm, friendly staff, good features and a real home from home location while accessible to Belfast city facilities.

I've stayed before this last visit and it seems that room sizes vary quite alot. Ask to see which room you are staying in before paying and if not happy, ask is there another which is more ample. Apart from this, rooms are clean, staff are helpful, breakfast can be served to your room for an additional £2 and the drinks may be brought to the room at ANY time. This last feature was put to good use. I would stay again but if you're a regular hotel user, there are better value hotels in the city. This is more of an upmarket place and you do pay for it.

The room was clean and comfortable, pleased that there was parking also. Breakfast was good too, so all in all an enjoyable stay.

We stayed in the apartments which is located two doors down from the hotel, they were massive and had plenty of room, would be perfect for a weekend away as a couple or a hen/stag party!!! highly recommended!

OverallNice room, with good working area, not much of a view looking at the rear of the hotel. Friendly staff and car park at rear of hotel or on road parking.

This is a very nice hotel in a quiet suburban street with ample on street parking immediately outside. Rooms are very nice - clean, fresh, and well kitted out. Staff were very good, and I would definitely stay again - I used an Exec suite, for twin occupation and was not disappointed. Its very handy for the city centre too - a 5 minute taxi ride, or a 15 minute walk.

Nicely located near to Belfast city centre, with plently of free parking and also street parkign when busy. Lifts out of order at time, but this was the only gripe. Front desk very friendly and helpful

I was very pleased with the hotel and all services and would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone. The only minus was that the noise from the cupboards in the hall which backed onto our room (309) was constant and kept us from having a good nights sleep. I presume it was either the electrical or gas heating cupboards. Other than that, everything was fine. Just sad that we did not have enough time to enjoy your lovely city.... We wil be back at some time in the future. well done everyone!! The age group was 23-35 and 46-55 as I was there with my daughter - I'm not saying which group I'm in!!!!

I was kept awake at night due to the sound of the air conditioning unit and staff were unable to correct it or move me to another room. I received a discount.
