Stayed here for a few nights to celebrate my husband's 30th birthday. Excellent location near city centre and beautiful building. Room was fantastic and excellent value for money. Staff were very attentive and pleasant. Didn't eat here so can't comment on food. Would recommend to others without hesitation. Only down points are that room was a little too hot and room service knocked on our door at 1am one night with food which we hadn't ordered which was also added to our bill by mistake the following day - only minor faults however.

HousekeepingThe bedroom housekeeing needs to be shapened up, as our mini bar had not been replenished when we arrived, the fridge was all sticky as the previous client had spilt something in and all over the front door. They had also left a bottle of still water in there which they had refilled with tap water, which we had to let reception know about.

Excellent city break locationTook a special offer. Room very good but could have done with air-conditioning. Set menu excellent. Be careful about the service charge in the restaurant. Bar menu is much better value than the restaurant. Very good staff.

no aircon is very disappointingRoom was large and airy, big bed that was really comfy and good size bathroom. Location was excelent for all of the city. It was very hot in the hotel and the bedroom was really uncomfortable. Aircon would have been lovely and the samll fan just didnt do enough to make sleeping or getting ready a comfortable experience.

Great cocktails! We really enjoyed our stay at Malmaison although we found the accommodation a bit too dark - from the minute you walk in to the hotel it is very dark and the rooms in particular are a bit too dark. I wouldn't be happy to bring my children to the hotel as a result. The only other complaint I have is the lack of parking or at least an affiliation with a local car park where a special hotel rate can be offered, for example. But the cocktails in the bar are delicious and the staff very nice!!

Black Black Black!!Excellent location for exploring Belfast on foot. Staff were very friendly and the room was well appointed. The only thing we didn't like was everything was painted black and quite gloomy, hard to find your pint of guiness in a black bar with a black marble counter!! No where near enough light in the bedrooms to read a book or put on makeup.

Great place to stay in the centre of Belfast. Staff very curtious, food plentiful and extremely well presented.
