We were there only for one night. The room was clean and the little kitchenette was useful for our breakfast. Very small room, but fonctionnal. My only negative point is the guy at the front desk when we checked in. He barely looked at me when he was talking to me. He was talking very fast. He did not slow down when I asked him to repeat. That frustrated me. Besides that, good experience. We needed a place to sleep and we had a restfull night.

Very poor lighting, lamp switches broken, no bulbs.

Couldn't ask for more. Our best stay in the Canadian Rockies.

Had coffee in lobby; pool very nice. Had to walk on outside balcony to reach room. Most of all our room was inconvenient. It was in a 2nd building to be reached by going upstairs, then outside on balcony and back in to 2nd building to reach room. Pool was only accessible by reversing the process and then going outside once again to go into pool area. It was a nice pool and spa and there was an outdoor hot tub too.

Big comfortable beds, clean, and friendly staff. Food was pricey. Enjoyed our stay.

On the main street, a few blocks from shops & restaurants. Rooms were clean and quiet. Staff was friendly. Certainly not upscale, but served our needs well.

Agreat place to stay. We will stay there again.

We stayed there for two nights. Sightseeing and hiking as much as we could during the day. The hotel facility is old, room is quite clean but very small. We think the rate is rather higher comparing to others.

The service that we received from the front desk was excellent. There was a barking dog in the next room. The hotel was well taken care of and the rooms were clean, spacious and very comfortable.

It was available and the price was right. Outdoor hot tub was a bonus! Stuffy room, noisy (outside, next door neighbors). Great place to stay one night when all one wants to do is sleep but better bring ear plugs as it tends to get noisy on weekends. Friendly staff, knowledgeable about restaurants and sight seeing.

Upgraded rooms & pool with upgraded features. The room was a bit too full of furniture, so seemed closed in a bit. This hotel looks a bit old from the back of the building, but the rooms are clean & look like they have been recently renovated. The pool area was clean & well maintained. The location is nearly at the end of the town site, but is easily accessible to the shops & restaurants that grace this beautiful town in the Rockies. Definitely would return!

King size bed and full kitchen facilities. Shower drained slowly. Excellent location in town, and friendly staff who responded to my needs for internet connections, extra towels, and directions to local stores and attractions.

Location, quiet, inexpensive. Small room, small beds. Okay, affordable accommodation in a very expensive town.
