Malibu Beach Bungalows are found at Chalok Lam Bay on Koh Phangan in southern Thailand. Malibu beach is a natural formation that is growing into the bay, getting larger each year as fine sand is deposited onto the wide shoreline. This has created a small island effect with fantastic views of the bay and mountains that tower over the bay. It is here that the Malibu restaurant and bar are located with a footbridge that joins the beach to the accommodation and swimming pool just a few meters away. The restaurant serves a range of Thai and International food with wine, beers, spirits and cocktails available throughout the day and night.
A range of modern Thai bungalows have been built to enhance the resorts perfect location. The two person bungalows are huge with a thatched style tropical roof and finished inside with Lanna style wood and Thai paintings and carvings. The three person bungalows are built in a more traditional Thai style with conventional roof and exterior balcony. The bathrooms are large and there is a single and a double bed within the room. The fan room accommodation is plentiful and allows guests to stay at a very affordable rate in this superb resort which is set in over an acre of grounds on the western side of Chalok Lam Bay.

Chalok Lam is a wonderful place for any holiday – the views around the bay are breath taking, the beach is white and sandy, there are lots of water sports available and it is also easy to explore Koh Phangan using Chalok Lam as a home base. The village is just a few minutes on foot from Malibu beach and here can be found many bars and restaurants with fresh seafood and culinary delights. The resort enjoys both fixed internet and Wi-Fi connection and there are all kinds of activities such as horse riding, snorkeling, beach volley ball, kite flying, elephant trekking and diving close at hand or on-site.
