Check-in was quick and very friendly. The staff was eager to assist me with whatever I needed. I really enjoyed my stay.

Very family friendly. Guests that checked in at early morning hours placed over us.

The hotel was fine, but I was staying for work with the state of Texas. There was construciton noise during the day, which was bothersome, but not serious.

Very clean. The sleeper sofa was horrible. Asleeper sofa that was horrible. I called the desk and told her I requested two beds and she said they could not accomodate me. I was very unhappy!

The AC unit was condensing in the room and the carpet was wet. Magnetic door keys needed reprogramming right after check-in.

The breakfast buffet was very good. I had to change rooms because smoke free room had been smoked in. The staff and shuttle driver very helpful and friendly. Room clean but we had four individuals they didn't provide enough towels. In room ice box and cooking help greatly after being treated at the medical center.

Space in room. AC unit would not come on initially. Clean, nice building; spacious room with amenities needed for a business traveler. The DVD players and rental was a plus.

It was very clean, comfortable and close to the University. Very good comfort with a quiet environment - for the time I spent there I did not miss home!
