Clean, nice kitchenette and good continental breakfast. Total false advertising! There is no pool or watermark only discount passes at another hotel. Staff is not very friendly or professional. I was not a happy customer when I arrived at this hotel. The website said there was a 25000 sq ft water park and pool area. No such thing. The water park is off premises at another hotel 5 miles away and Mainstay provides discounted tickets. The room was clean but not very big. It did have a full kitchenette which was convenient. If you're looking for a place to just sleep for the night, this place is for you. Looking for a place to relax, socialize or take your family, forget about it!

This was just a get away weekend to relax. We enjoyed the like home feeling. Had a kitchen that we could actually cook in. Staff was very friendly. Had no issues.

staff was not well trained,manager was rude arrogant and much more worried about getting our money than making sure we had a good stay.manager acted like she owned the place,maybe she did but from our experience and some of the others i've read online she better not be banking on repeat business.

Staff was great. Manager very helpful. Found a restaurant close by that had great food. We needed an extra pillow and they took care of it right away. Breakfast was great had a make my own WAFFLE. Love them!! The rooms were big and had a full kitchen. We got to make some snacks and had cold beverages!!

Rooms are nice size and were well maintained. We stayed here in June and August of 2006 and had no complaints either time. Breakfast is good and staff is friendly. Did not use the kitchen facilities in room, but it seemed well-equiped. No pool on-site.
