Staff friendly. Carpet looked worn, breakfast needs to be updated.

This was our second stay at this hotel. Great price for two queen beds & a pull out sofa, plus a full size fridge & kitchen amenities. Friendly, helpful staff. The only negative was a large group of teenagers staying there that were very loud in the hall until quite late. The room was very clean, we'll definitely stay here again!

It provided a full - size refrigerator and small kitchenette, which was what I needed as I have special dietary needs. I wish the room could've had an oven or toaster oven even. It was a perfect fit for a small family that needed a kitchenette for special dietary needs. The hotel is older, but the beds were very comfortable. Rooms are compact but well designed to fit it all in a small area. We did have to ask for extra silverware and plates as there wasn't enough for three in the room. Rooms do not have an oven, but do have a microwave, full-size fridge, stove top, toaster, coffee pot and hair dryer. I would definitely use again.

Hotel was nice and staff was fairly accommodating. Some minor cleaning issues, but nothing that would stop me from staying at this hotel again. Loved the kitchenette feature--very helpful to thrifty travelers!

Conveniently located where I was conducting business. Old alarm clock. Breakfast. Noisy AC unit. Mainstay Suites provided what I expected for a two star hotel. However, it was conveniently located to where I was conducting business. I addition, there were plenty of restaurants and shopping near (within 1 mile).

Separate kitchen with sink, dishwasher, stove top, refrigerator, & microwave. Small, lack of bathroom privacy, poor internet connection. Our experience was very pleasant, and we'd probably stay again. The pocket door led to the lack of privacy in the very small bathroom. We used the kitchen and would have used the dishwasher if there had been dishwasher detergent available. They advertised high speed internet connection; however the connection was sporadic at best. Had to exit and reenter through mainstay's web page as we went from site to site. A business traveler would be or should be much irritated with this process.

Location, easy internet access, friendly, efficient personnel. The room was very clean, but carpet and a chair seemed to show some wear. The kitchen was well-equipped. Someone wanting a place to stay for more than a few days would probably like it. Good location near popular mall. Room was quiet although very close to interstate. Good breakfast included with rate. Friendly, helpful breakfast attendant/server.

We had a problem, and staff worked hard to try to correct. We had to choose between 2 nights or a smoking room. The hotel was great. Unfortunately, we had forgotten that we had not been able to request a non-smoking room. Because they were totally full on our 3rd night, we actually had to leave earlier than planned, or stay in a smoking room. (Which was not an option -- so we only stayed for 2 of the 3 nights we had paid for.)
