I was pleasantly surprised . I had never stayed at a Mainstay Suites, but had stayed at other extended stay hotels. Mainstay Suites by far was cleaner and more comfortable. The check in was quick and easy (after a long wait) and the hotel staff was very friendly. This is a good location close to the interstate and there are several restaurants close by. I would stay here again!

Excellent location, nicely kept landscape and grounds. The bed was not very comfortable and the closet door did not open or close easily. This hotel was a good choice for a weekend getaway. It was in a nice, safe area with nearby grocery stores, gas stations, shopping and restaurants. Very close to expressways so getting around town was easy. The room was a bit small, and I tripped over crowded furniture. Also the bed was not the best, but adequate.

TO start the hotel was well kept neat and clean. My husband and myself had just come from Charollete NC. We stopped to visit with our son who recently moved to Nashville. It was a great location for us, but check proved to be very negative. Front desk clerk seemed to have areal attitude about our booking with an online travel agency. She difinitely didn't care for us or the online travel agency. We had booked a non smoking room, but she said that the online travel agency had booked asmoking room for us. When we protested she came up with a non-smoking room. It was a nice enough room until the middle of the nite when laundry servives started. We were right above the laundry, so we heard washers & dryers all night long. I can't stay I would stay there again or recommend to a freind.

I traveled to Nashville with friends to celebrate the New Year. My reservation was originally at another extended stay (StudioPlus) hotel nearby. StudioPlus overbooked and referred us to Main Stay Suites in Brentwood and the rooms were given to us free. So, I should not complain. Main Stay Suites was very nice. The rooms were large and clean. However, the front desk check-in lady had an attitude and apparantly should not be in a customer service position.Studio Plus gave us a letter advising Main Stay Suites to bill them directly. Meaning, we would not be charged. Main Stay Suites required a credit card at check in, which was OK for incidentals. Upon check-out, the front desk would not give us a receipt or anything to support that would credit cards would not be charged for the rooms. In addition, she would not let us have a copy of the letter that Studio Plus sent to them with us. Nothing.... We had nothing to support the comp hotel stay. Now, have anyone of you been told one thing by a company without it being in writing and later have trouble? I basically had to get strong with this lady and eventually she gave me a copy of the letter from Studio Plus. Why did I have to get strong or ugly with the lady. Some type of receipt is standard in the hotel business. I stay would have been excellent without this experience. I will say that I will stay at another Main Stay Suites but never again at this one.

Brentwook Mainstay Suites was in a quiet spot and well maintained. It could have used a newer, more plush mattress as some hotels are changing the old standard, hard mattresses to new pillow top style ones. Our only complaint was the breakfast bar was weak--with just the basic choices available. We have had much better at many cheaper establishments.

The suite contained a kitchen. The bathroom was a little worn and the shower water temperature was reversed. The overall experience was good. The hotel was not in a busy area and was relatively quiet. The only real complaint that I have is that the water temperature was reversed on the shower.

This is a smokers hotel. I was put in a smokers room. My wife & 23month baby we were very unhappy staying in a smokers room also the entire floor was a smokers floor.

This hotel has finally been found as I have been searching for a decade for my base of operations when working in the Nashville area. A nice neighborhood mixing modern business with the beauty of Tennesse country... the rooms had the amenities I need... giant work area, hard mattress, big bathroom counter tops and the kitchen is not something I need, but having a refrig and Microwave is always great. Ultimately, finding the place was the biggest challenge.. Brentwood is a Tony community with a lot of sign restrictions, but calling the hotel, put me in touch with reception who could not have been more helpful, positive and personal... I like the desk orientation for the staff rather than the traditional counter zone... and the breakfast bar area had nightly treats, too. Ultimately, the people working there were the best I have encountered in years, the room was great and when I priced it on the internet it met my value-sensitive budget without going cheap. I will be back.

They let me check in early. The hallway smelled like smoke and the toilet broke. No housekeeping on weekends. The hotel was generally clean. They let me check in early. The pool area was small but nice. Unfortunately, the hallway in the non-smoking area smelled strongly of smoke. There is no housekeeping on the weekends, which was bad since my toilet broke. The breakfast is just cereal, bagels, fruit and muffins.

The Mainstay Suites was well situated for easy access to our favorite Brentwood shops. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would stay here again on our next shopping trip.

Location was ideal for me & enjoyed having a fridge & stove & dishwasher available. Only had queen size beds which felt like full size. So felt cramped. Hotel was clean and in a nice location. It is set up more for a business traveler as I was there on Memorial weekend and they did not have maid service but anything I wanted the front desk readily supplied. We enjoyed having a "kitchen" that included a full size frig, a two burner cook top, microwave oven and a dishwasher. And it was supplied with the bare essentials for cooking. The hotel had one public computer which kids kept tied up playing games on. time needs to be limited to usage and parents need to bring their own computer if they are going to have kids playing on them so the public one is available to all guests and not just their child. My only con about the hotel was the bed itself. They only have queen sized beds throughout the entire facility and it felt like a full size, instead. It would be nice if they had king size, as well. Overall, it was a positive experience staying here and I would stay here again.

The hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating. The area was nice with many restaurants close by, although the traffic around rush hour was very heavy. The room was very comfortable and clean.

Could have used more basic frills but would probably costs more. It was worth the money. You get what you pay for. I had no major complaints.

It was spacious, clean and safe for the cheap price. Too far from Downtown Nashville. I would recommend to any family. We had no problems with this hotel at all.

It was in a good location. Clean and up kept. The lobby was small and the restroom was in the back where the staff worked. Hotel is great place to stay if you need more than just a room.

In an excellent area of town and very convenient! Nothing to dislike! Excellent value for the money. In a very nice, safe area and very convenient to downtown. Very clean. The room actually exceeded our expectations. The room was very spacious, clean and quiet. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the Nashville area for any reason!
