The desk clerk went above and beyond. Great customer service. Very clean, quiet and rooms were nicely decorated.

Me and my fiance booked a weekend here, and absolutely loved it. The staff was very friendly and the room was top quality! They even allowed us to check-in 5 hours early due to the fact that we had come in on an early flight. The presentation of the room and the hotel throughout was very clean, modern, and spacious and the complimentary breakfast was delicious and contained a lot of variety. The only thing that we would change would be the fact that the room was a little bit on the cold side at times, because it seemed that the heating unit in the room only went up to 68 degrees. So although it wasn't freezing, it wasn't exactly as warm as we would have liked. Aside from this, we would definitely come back again and look forward to our next trip out to Madison!

Rooms were clean. Pool was adequate--not spectacular. The main reason we chose this hotel was because we had heard they included a fabulous hot breakfast each morning. In fact, at check in the desk clerk was telling us all about it and how great it was. So you can imagine how disappointed we were to find only a stripped down continental breakfast the next morning--and I mean stripped down. The moring desk worker told me they ""didn't get the order in the night before.""

Hot breakfast was a pleasant surprise. Very easy access from I39. Clean quiet hotel. Has new Moen Revolution shower heads. I'm going to get one.

This was definitely not a 3-star hotel. It was well worn and stairways were dirty. Security door at side entrance did not lock.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were comfortable, and the breakfast was great. We had two rooms with 3 people in each room - the price for the rooms, which included the breakfast, was one of the biggest travel bargains we've enjoyed.

The room was very quiet even though it is very near the interstate. The toilet stools are very low. Problem for tall & older people. My overall experience was a positive one. I did not use the pool or hot tub. That area did not look all that inviting. I was just there for the room, not the amenities and the room was clean, comfortable and quiet. The continental breakfast was also quite adequate. I would stay there again.

Friendly staff. Bad location; rooms not 2.5 star quality. Location good only for travelers continuing south to Chicago. One room was missing phones; the other had a door that closed only with effort. Not a 2.5 star hotel, sorry!

New desk clerk. Bad room - smoky. Bad Breakfast - out of food. Poorly stocked breakfast buffet. Non-smoking room smelled like a smoker's convention had lived there. Too pricy much for this quality.

It had very comfortable beds and was very quiet and clean. They offered a full continental breakfast but at 9:30 a.m. They had nothing available but juice. I really liked this hotel for its clean, quiet, and attractive appearance. The beds were very comfortable and well endowed with big, fluffy pillows, which is something you usually only find in a four or five star hotel. The staff was also friendly and courteous. For a moderately priced hotel it is a great choice.

Good breakfast. Microwave didn't work in the room. Too far out of the way for what I needed. Probably OK if you were just wanting a night's sleep as you were passing through town.

The motel was clean, quiet and had a decent breakfast. Parking lot was not plowed and the entrance was blocked during a snowy day. A bit off the beaten path, this clean, quiet and fairly comfortable motel provided a nice variety of breakfast foods a newspaper and the morning news to make for a pleasant visit.

24 hour pool was great. Only location. The hotel is in an excellent location if you want to gamble at Dejupe, but other than that, it is two far south. I did like the clean and newness part of this hotel, staff was good, and I loved the fact that the pool was open 24 hours.

It was easy access to the highway. The staff were unprofessional and the hotel was dated and dirty. We previously stayed at Wyndham Hotel in Illinois and had a fabulous experience. This hotel in Madison was an awful experience. The staff did not know how to check us in and put us on an all smoking floor. It took us almost 20 minutes to check in, and the hotel was dingy and out dated. We stayed less than 8 hours, and left before 7 a.m. the next morning.

I chose this hotel as my almost last chance. If there is an alternative, no recommend. Even though it is relatively cold place, the heating was not so good. Good only at emergency situation. Otherwise better to look for other choices.

It was very clean. The bedding and towels needed to be updated. Although this hotel was off the beaten path and wasn't close to any dining locations, it was a reasonable hotel stay. The staff were very nice and very accommodating

The continental breakfast. Did not get a room with king size bed. room not really clean. the desk person was not friendly. I hope I donut have to go back there again.
