Don't be fooled by the other reviews. This is the type of motel you would get for this price. It's not a bad motel. It just did not live up to the hype of the other reviews. The staff was friendly and helpful.

This was our second stay here. A nice touch was that the desk clerk remembered me! Again, I was welcomed warmly and made to feel as if I was a special guest. Very polite and courteous service. The room was just as clean as the last time we stayed. At the rate we paid (hint: pick up a discount coupon book at the welcome centers), this was a fantastic value. We've stayed at some of the more expensive hotels on the exit, and what this gem lacks in upscale decor is more than made up for by the excellent service, friendly faces and clean, comfortable rooms. Heartily recommended!!!

We were just passing through town and needed a place to spend the night. The Magnolia Inn is tucked away behind all of the other hotels and can be hard to find but it's well worth the search. Everything is new, everything is clean, and you can park right in front of your room. There were multiple security cameras outsided making the place feel very safe. We went to several places looking for price quotes and this was the best deal. We even had a microwave and mini-fridge in our room. Also the room was not at all cramped like so many inexpensive hotel rooms often are. The staff was very friendly. There are lots of restaurants nearby. I have nothing but praise for the Magnolia Inn!

Spotless rooms, and true service. This hotel is a gem in Kingsland. Hard to find, but thats a plus in this case! The staff is dedicated and courteous. Will stay again.
