These homes are in a gated community. This quiet location features a surrounding conservation area providing a haven of wildlife. The community features nicely decorated 3-, 4- and 5-bedroom homes, each with a private pool. Check-in is from 4 pm. Check in, registration and key collection is to be conducted from the Homes Welcome Center, located at 6365 W Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway, Kissimmee, Florida 34747. After hours key collection is from the electronic lock box at the Welcome Center. Homes assistance is available 24 hours a day by telephoning free at: 1 800 713 8356 and selecting the urgent message option. When registering for the villa guests will be asked to supply a credit card as security for the villa. A refundable security deposit of USD 500 is required at registration for each home or apartment that has been booked. The following items can be added to the booking at a daily additional fee: pool heating, cot rental and highchair rental. All apartments and condos are non-smoking and pets are not allowed. Check out time from the accommodation is 10 am.
