I liked that the room opened on to the pool. Room was OK, but small. The hotel put an air freshener stick in room which had a overwhelming artificial fragrance. Upon removing the air freshener from the I notice the room smell musty and stale. I would not stay here again.

Terrible mattress, dirty toilet, thin towels, office closes at 9:30. I think I am still wearing the imprint of the mattress springs on my back. My commode was dirty. The towels were so thin that it took 3 to dry off. And the coffee pot didn't even go with the coffee maker. I would never stay here again.

The room itself was okay and the patio was a nice addition, even if it only was a view of a car dealership. The real issue is that in the bathroom, you can hear EVERY word that the people below you and above you say. We had No need for cable as there was total nastiness going on all night and day. It sounded like they were in there with us. If I had brought my children, I would have been horrified. The staff was somewhat rude also. The bed was sleepable although the heater never shut off completely and even in the winter, we left the door open to cool it off in there. This was not like normal hotels where you can hear a little of what goes on in other rooms, this was like they were in there with you. Very creepy.

The room was better than expected. Not bad for the price paid. The pillows were over stuffed. no refrigerator. I would stay there again.

Put a lot of attention little details. Enjoyed it. Power flickered off a couple of time but that was a city problem.

Iliked the hotel, the staff was friendly and the room were super clean,I loved the shower,I would recommend this hotel to anyone. This is a great hotel to stay in very clean, and staff was great, we wanted a room withWiFi for my laptop and the staff went above and beyond to get us a room, it was wonderful stay. very comfortable and peaceful.

Cleanliness and bed comfort. Small room and poor location. The Sand Castle is a basic motel but has an remodeled bath, which, though small, is attractive. The room is also quite small and run of the mill, but we had no complaints about anything. We feel its atmosphere fits an economy motel rather than a 2-star, but it does seem to offer affordable, clean accommodations.

Good location. Dirty, extremely small, noWiFi as promised, hot water was off and on, no continental breakfast, pool was very dirty. It was dirty. There was noWiFi that a needed. The staff was unhelpful. The hot water was off and on. I expected more from Priceline.

It wasclean and comfortable for a quick trip. They didn't have 2 queen beds, they only have 2 doubles.

Plumbing was very poor. Noisy due to diesel trucks. The shower/tub water did not drain. We left before it started to drain. The next morning, apparently due to all the rain they had in the area. Black ooze came out of the shower/tub drain. Obviously, we did not shower that morning. Though the rooms were kept clean and the staff was nice, I am surprised that this is a Best Western.
