Reasonable hotel but not 4* quality.This is not really a 4* hotel, more like a 3*, though generally clean and the staff helpful. We had a room on the ground floor, try to avoid this as the area recieves little sun and is surrounded by tall buildings. Rooms on higher floors have a much better outlook and nice balconies. We suffered from some late night/early morning noise from the rooms next door, which was annoying but did not spoil the holiday. This is also a predominantly German hotel, with the vast majority of occupants from Germany and indeed the whole area is mainly German at this end of C'an Pastilla. We did ask to move to a higher room, but the response was the hotel was full and only on our final night could we have changed and for a charge! This despite daily departures and arrivals. Food was ok but again not 4* quality and the variety was very limited.
