This property is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. The rooms were clean, comfortable, & contemporary. The pool scene was awesome with one pool for the party people and another pool for families. If the pool scene isn't your thing, the beach was a mere minute walk from the hotel with all water sports available. The staff at ME Cabo made our stay pleasant!

Beautiful pool and beach facilities. Rooms seemed to be old with a minor face lift. The pool, swim up bar and the beach lounge areas were amazing. The location is perfect for a couple interested in being close to the beach bars and within walking distance from downtown.

The location is great, but if you're looking for an enjoyable, relaxing vacation, this is not the place for you. If you want constant, throbbing dance music w/ faux Mayan dancers on stilts playing the cowbell, then this is the place for you. Complete with rustic Mexican and 70's retro style design motif. This place is just plain goofy...and loud. Great for the spring breakers, but not for anybody looking to chill.

We have been staying here since 2002, before the remodel, and loved it then.... Now it is off the hook! We bring all of our friends here and the hotel never dissapoints! It is the best location for walking on the beach to the Office, or walking into town... If you want a party, this is the place! Also, the rooms are flawless!

Everything was top notch! A little noisy on the weekends If you want a beautiful, centrally located resort in cabo that has excellent food and amazing rooms then the ME Cabo is for you!

We stayed at ME Cabo for 4 days during June. The hotel design was very nice and the pool area was alot of fun. We enjoyed the beautiful beach and great weather. The hotel staff was nice and corteous. The one compliant we had was the prices at the restaurants, not just in ME but most of CABO- very overpriced for the quality. Other than that it was a great vacation.

Friendly staff and nice environment. Several of us got sick from the food there.

6 of us stayed at ME Cabo for a 4-night Bachelor Party trip. We are all in our late 20's and we were looking for a non-stop party, so that should give you some frame of reference. Upon arrival, the ME Cabo staff greeted us with complimentary champagne and big smiles. Their front desk service was above average and the housekeeping was top-notch (twice daily). The pool was a highlight: plenty of spots to relax, pool bar (I love you Banana Monkey), lots of eye candy, and even a C-list celebrity sighting (WWE diva Torrie Wilson and lover Nick "BIG TIME" Mitchell). Aside from the pool's awesomeness, the location of ME Cabo is perfect. Situated right on the beach, it's a short stroll to paradisal hangouts Tabasco's and the Mango Deck, both of which have great beer specials from 7a-7p daily. If coaxed into the Mango Deck beer chugging contest, challenge Wolfman (and stay away from Big Johnson). It is a short 5-10 minute stroll into town where you will find resonably priced restaurants (the best fish tacos, shrimp quesadillas, and crack pork you've ever had!), tourist shops, the bunk, and Cabo's famed nightlife. The only drawbacks of ME Cabo have been well documented by other guests: the all-night music from Passion nightclub, which is not as loud as expected, might annoy some guests, especially those on a romantic getaway or a family vacation. The solution is to return home after Passion closes for the night (4a on weekends). Read: not recommended for anyone over 35 or who acts over 35. Always put safety first, so use the room safe for your valuables and don't fall for the cheap upgrades offered at check-in. Overall - we had a blast and the ME Cabo lived up to our expectations. YAY!

If you love DB's (do*che-b@g's)..you can find all your Ed Hardy bandana wearing guys here! The guests are your "wanna-be" LA/Vegas crowd. The house music never, and I mean NEVER stops. We were on the 4th floor directly next to Passions club/bar and the house music bumped in our room all night long. The ME needs to decide if they want to be an all-day club, or a resort. Do NOT eat at this resort..it is a complete rip off. The food is average at best and the prices are outrageous! When we checked out, we were charged for additional items that we did not charge to our room and had to have them correct it. Check your billing statement! They also add a donation to Mexico's children on your bill and you have to request to have it removed, otherwise you will donate without knowing. Not all was horrible, the rooms and resort are clean and the staff is very friendly and attentive.

The location was excellent and the hotel and staff more than my expectations. The bathroom was a bit small. ME Cabo has the best location, the staff was extremely kind and helpful. The food and drinks were excellent, and the view from the room was fantastic! I would definitely stay here again, my wife and I had a great and romantic time.

I've been to Cabo many times, and this hotel makes me want to never go back. The property was actually really nice. Good location with a nice pool and beach. But the service was so bad that it was laughable...until we got our bill and were reminded how much we were paying to stay there. They advertise rates that seem moderate, then tack on 23% in "taxes". If you choose to upgrade to "THE" level or an ocean view room, it may get you a breakfast to feed a 2 year-old, but they will still charge you a cover to get into the nightclub. The management at Me Cabo obviously would rather pamper the g-string clad patrons at their nightclub than attend to the guests that are staying in the hotel. I have no problem with the party scene or the techno pool music... I do have a problem with horrible customer service.

Great pool scene. Amazing views. Night club music all night long. The hotel is everything you would expect from a boutique resort. The spa service is excellent. Nikki Beach is great during the day. The only downfall is a weak night club that blared music until around 3am.

Bring your ear plugs, a backpack (to bring in food and drink or it will cost you an arm and a leg), and your i-pod to drown out the horrible music played at the pool and the passion club. Besides that, the location is great! On Medano Beach and about half-mile walk into town. Wouldn't stary here again, but overall it is a really nice hotel. Just not my style.

We visited ME Cabo to celebrate our 4th honeymoon. Everything was beautiful and the staffs was super friendly, I especially appreciate the maids. They were busy at work but as soon as they saw us they immediately smile and said hello. The hotel was super amazing! Our view from our room was mezmerizing! The front of the hotel; however, was not so pretty. It was very plain. The fridge in the room was filled with the items from the mini bar, there was no room for our items. Price at the restaurant was super expensive! 3 drinks and lunch was 76USD! who figures a Corona in Mexico would cost $5.50 and a coke would cost $5.00 usd?! The pool was amazing! i loved the cabana, it was everything it advertised in photos. Weather there was super hot, the sun heat up as early as 8am! so bring your suncreen. the area by the pool is reservable. things get busy by Thursday, so reserve your favorate spot by the pool.

Beautiful hotel, great location, friendly staff. However if you have kids or hate techno, do not stay here!! They do not allow you to bring in ANY outside food or water without charging you - not even water, however you can get a bottle by the pool for a ridiculous price... Also, whatever you do, make sure to buy a phone card instead of charging your credit card on the payphone, a 15 minute call cost me $97 american dollars, ridiculous!!!

I booked the wrong hotel, wanted the Melia Cabo Real. But if you are a swinger and single this was the place to be. Party central. Music till 4:00am a little much for most people, even party animals need to sleep. Music started at 9:00am and very loud. Service was great, staff fantastic, and hotel beautiful. Too expensive for what you get, nothing but the room. Changed hotels after the first sleepless night. Not a happy camper at all.

The hotel was perfect. The staff accommedated all of our needs and wants and my husband and I felt comfortable and safe. We had a wonderful time and plan on making Cabo an annual trip.
