Lots of space. Good sized rooms. Well equipped. Nice furniture. Directly next to train line for every line in Chicago. Non-stop train noise 24 hours a day. The room accommodations were very nice. Very large rooms with nice furniture. The style is more minimalist, almost European, so don't expect luxurious lushness. But, the room did not disappoint. Staff was considerate. There was little information about what to do with trash, or how things worked at the hotel. We were also given only one key, which was a real pain. The garden terrace on top of the building is very nice, with some grass and a hot tub. The biggest issue was the location. While it's very convenient (right in downtown), it is directly adjacent to the elevated train - and a particular spot where all train lines intersect. So, a train was rumbling by nearly 24 hours a day. It was non-stop noise, which made it difficult to watch television or really talk above the noise.

Loved the space, the roof top lounge is so nice, rooms were very clean. The only thing we all agreed that we didn't like is the rooms needed to have some extra shades way too much light is let in. Rooms are very clean, lots of room. Great for families with the full kitchen and living area. The roof top lounge was so nice to hang out with a group, play some pool, sit by the fire. We have told all our friends and family, we definately will be staying at this place next time we are in Chicago.
