The staff at the courtyard Marriott is exceptionally friendly. The towels are thin and ruff to the skin also very small. Very clean and very helpful at meeting our overall needs.

Since we were new to the area and it was after normal business hours one of the staff drove my daughter to a local store to purchase some personal items. This kind of coustomer care can't be taught, it reflects to quaility of the people working there.

The classic look of the room, not like other hotels, comfortable and romantic. The bath facilities left a little to be desired, garden tubs would be more fitting. Really enjoyed our stay, loved the down pillows and sheets!

For Beaumont, this a good location off of I10 and the best value for your money.

I enjoyed the view from our room; it had a balcony (unexpected) that overlooked the pool. Very nice. The comforter, sheets, & bed skirt were stained. The floor was heavily stained. No shades on hall lights. Bad service in the restaurant (Hemingways). Check in was quick, friendly and efficient. We had a balcony which was unexpected and a delight. The room was clean, despite the stains. The bed was large and comfy. Room service closes at 10 pm - there is nothing on the room service menu that states this - very disappointed. During the day, room service was very helpful. The ice machine on our floor, and the one above & below were not working. Room service came by with buckets of ice for us. Very friendly. Check out was like check in - quick, friendly and efficient.

The Hotel Elegante was very clean and the hotel staff was great! The bed's and pillows are excellant (almost like home)!

Very attractive. Down comforters and pillowtop beds were the best. They need to update the bathrooms in the rooms.

This hotel was very nice, we had a king size standard room and the bed was amazing, most comfortable hotel bed I have ever slept in! Check in was simple as was check out. My shuttle ride to the airport arrived promptly and was very friendly and my ride to the airport uneventful. Love the Starbucks at the hotel too!

Friendly and fast front desk service. There was toys and socks from a previous guest under the bed. Check in and check out was fast and efficient. The bed was awesome. We could not get the internet to work. When I was checking under the bed to make sure I did not leave anything, I found toys and socks from a previous guest stay. There was a lack of parking up front and construction on the service road.

The hotel looks very nice! The bathroom in the hotel room is extremely small! The hotel is a nice hotel. The mirror in the room was rusty and the walls in the room were dirty. Needs better lighting and vanity space!

Good location for my needs on this trip. Too expensive to the area. Good hotel when the road construction is finished. Good service and staff. Short on parking spaces if hotel is having a large event.

Beds were very comfortable compared to any other hotel beds. Construction on service road at entrance made it a little more difficult to enter. Nice hotel. Non-smoking rooms were apparently not specified in reservations causing some problem in obtaining connecting rooms, but eventually was worked out. Rooms did not have beds as expected because of this, but the hotel brought in an additional bed to make up for it. Overall a very nice stay.

Appearance was very nice. Check in was very abrupt and unfriendly. The first room that we were given already had someone staying in it. The second room was very nice. The front desk staff at check in were unfriendly at best, almost rude. The front desk staff at check out was very friendly and helpful.

I loved that the hotel provided Starbuck's coffee and Bath and Bodyworks products for guest. No comment. Awesome furniture and lovely rooms...Awesome hotel overall.

Great rooms, especially the beds. Nice furnishings. Excercise treadmills need to be fixed. Beautiful hotel. Still in the process of a major redo. Very nice rooms with super matresses. Lovely lobby. Will stay there again.

Very nice lobby and rooms. 2 machines in health room were broken. Very good overall. Staff was not that friendly at front desk. Short on smiles and greetings. Two treadmills controls were broken. Room was great.

Great service, excellent restaurant, comfortable rooms. I'd recommend this hotel to all my friends and relatives. We will definely use it again when passing through Beaumont.
