My wife and I were celebrating her birthday and spent 2 days here. If it weren't for the less than perfect service when we checked in and problems with the wireless internet signal in our room, we would have rated higher. Nice hotel, clean, nice restaurant and lounge, nice location. When we checked in, the front desk staff claimed that Orbitz had NOT notified them yet of our reservation, which I had booked about 6 or 7 hours earlier. Instead of offering to call Orbitz to fix the problem, they asked us to check back with them later to see if the fax would arrive. We ended up going to eat some lunch and I called Orbitz myself and the operator talked to the hotel personally and told me that he was faxing the info to the hotel and that we shouldn't have any further problems. After we ate, we went back to the hotel and the same front desk person told me that Orbitz had called him, but he hadn't received the fax from them yet. I had to wait around another 25 minutes or so before the fax arrived. I was very upset and felt that the front desk staff did NOT meet my expectations of customer service. I was also upset with Orbitz. We also had problems with the internet signal in our room. It would only work if I placed our laptop in certain locations within the room. I received a phone call from the internet technician on call and he offered to place us in another room. Great service at the breakfast buffet. I was also pleased with the fact that the hotel gives you coupons for free drinks in the lounge.

Close to the freeway for a over night stay while traveling through the area. Staff and lay out was not very user friendly.

This was a very disappointing stay. We were at the hotel for 5 nights. The first day, the hotel shut off the water and didn't let us know and then when we turned the water on, black water came pouring out of the faucets from the sink, tub and toilet. The "engineer" said it was calcium and nothing to worry about. The last time I checked, calcium is white. The rooms were minimally adequate. The tub fixtures were not completely attached to the wall, the ceiling appeared to have had water damage and was coming off in pieces. The room was not clean. The day we got there, there was a t-shirt under the bed, a few goldfish crackers and some popcorn in various other areas of the room. For the most part, the front desk people were friendly with the exception of one young lady who was consistently rude - her name is Lauren. The staff does not seem to know what services they are offering their guests as we asked about a shuttle to our conference and were told that airport service was their priority and there was not a shuttle definitely available. We then rented a car but found out the next day there is definitely an arrangement for us to be taken to our conference by hotel shuttle. This occurred again when we asked about rides to the mall to get on the shuttles for the balloon fiesta. Lauren told us not until 5:30 a.m. and the next morning we found out they were providing rides as early as 4:45 a.m. which is when we wanted to go. We will not be staying here again. The only positive aspect was that the beds were very comfortable.

We reserved two rooms. Our daughter and g-daughter got there before us. When they checked-in (10 pm), the front desk gave them our room; so when we checked-in (10:30 pm) we received the same room key. The front desk personnel were friendly and accommodating and quickly resolved the situation. Once we were given the second room key, we found the room to be much cooler than 'our' room. Our room - my husband noticed the remote control did not work-he was disappointed. The air conditioner was blowing semi-cool air but the room was not getting cooler. The wallpaper next to the cooler was peeling at the seam. We liked the white bed linens. We left to get something to eat and when we returned, I decided to ask the front desk to change our room. I explained the room condition and was asked if I wanted another room; which we did. Although the front desk personnel were different, they were still pleasant and accommodating. Returning to our room, my husband pointed out a very large waterbug (cockroach) that had crawled out from inside the floors lampshade onto the outside of the lampshade. Grateful for the move, we hastely left to the new room. I wanted to make hot water for some tea and went into the bathroom for water and noticed another waterbug in the sink. I screamed and called the front desk. "B" came and took it out of the sink for us - we didn't want to change to another room. I asked about the 'bug' situation and was told that the 1st floor level was experiencing this type of problem. Putting all that aside, we would stay again. The bed was comfortable for sleeping. We didn't use our breakfast coupons, so we can offer no opinion.

Free internet. It was dirty, dark and depressing. Some of the elevators were not functioning. I had to walk a long way to get to my room!

I made my reservation for 2 rooms. My request was for 2 rooms, 2 beds each. What we got was 1 bed each room. When I asked, they said they didn't have to honor the requests.The rooms were so-so. The hallways were warm and dim. And the elevator is totally awful (clanging, groaning, and not stopping at the floors when the buttons are pushed)

Although the staff was friendly and the breakfast was good, the rooms were nothing like what was shown on the website. The check in area was dirty with stained carpets and the hallways were also very dirty. The room was ok. The complimentary drinks that were offered with the room were unavailable. They originally told me the lounge was open until 2 AM. Our plane was late getting in and when we arrived at the hotel, we were told the lounge closed at 12. This hotel was not worth the money and we would not stay here again.

Good amemities but a rooms are bit shabby and worn. Breakfast is great, evening drink is nice but the bar is often full.

The bed was very comfortable. The room was quiet. The heater in the room did not work it blew cold air only. The breakfast was very good. The wait staff polite. The omlets were good. I do not know how much security there was upstairs, no camaras. I wondered if there was ever a fire how one would get out. The room hallways were very long, the stairs were by the elevator. The carpeting seemed more expensive downstairs. The drapery in my room was hanging and not connected to the rod correctly. There was no shower cap in the room.

This hotel is a great value. The rooms are typical for a quality business hotel, and the bed was great. The room had free wireless internet, and the price of about $70 included a free hot breakfast. Moreover, they had van service not only to the airport, but anywhere I wanted to go. The only cost was the driver's tip. There is no question where I will stay the next time I am in Albuquerque.

The room was very pleasant, clean and comfortable. Location is good. We enjoyed the free drinks at the bar. It was not too noisy like many bars can be. The breakfast was very good and the staff in the dining room and bar were very friendly. Our kids came and joined us at the swimming pool and had a great time. I would recommend this hotel for people with or without children.

The room was very nice, and very comfortable. The only problem I had was having a room ready at check-in time. I had to wait over 45 minutes for a room to be available.

Reasonable breakfast included with room. Unkept, outdated, shows its age, rooms desperately need update. This place has seen better days. The rooms look old and need an update. Neither the rooms nor the public spaces are attractive. The only positive during the stay was the full buffet breakfast included with the room.

The first room they gave us had hair on the comforter, cracks in the walls and a broken lamp. The second room was better, but still far from clean let alone elegant. The only good thing about tihs hotel was the breakfast. It was very well stocked and lots of good varity. If you don't care what your room looks like and you just want a hotel with a good breakfast then go, otherwise stay away!

I have stayed at this hotel several times and it is ok. The staff is friendly and helpful. I would suggest a suite,the rooms are large and clean. The breakfast was good and the evening drinks were ok,they to have some snacks. The only problem is the wireless internet,it does not work,but I know they are working on it or so I was told. They offer airport shuttle for free and they will also take you to the plaza or the mall. The drivers were very nice.

The hotel bar service is slow. The hotel lobby makes a great impression but the further go you back into the hotel and finally your room, you realize that the hotel is tattered. Walls are dirty. Carpet is dirty. The frame of the sliding door onto the balcony was coming out of the wall. As a result, the sliding door did not lock.Stay here only if you're desperate.

Room was not ready at check-in for another 1 1/2 hour. Front desk staff was not very helpful. My family stayed 4 miserable nights. A/C was falling off the wall. Fire alarm pulled during night causing an evacuation, and then no info from staff! Elevators did not work, and we were on the 4th floor! Housekeeping was very poor. Very much below standard.

Great hot breakfast included, omlets cooked to order were wonderful. Very comfortable beds. Clean rooms. Hallway carpeting looked dirty so not very good first impression but the rooms were fine. Only 1 of 3 elevators was working during first two days of our stay.

The room was comfortable enough for my 4 kids, husband andI to sleep in. I loved the king bed and sofa bed, we all slept comfortable. The swimming pool was a little small for the all the guest you guys have.
