We got what we paid for. The room was clean, but their "wireless" internet wouldn't reach our room (despite being close to their router). The rooms aren't sound-proofed, so you can hear all of the road noise from I-40. Breakfast was ok; choice of waffles, two types of cereal, and Otis Spunkmeyer muffins. This place is good for a one night stop-over, but not for a long term hotel stay.

Soft bed. Dirty blanket and low water pressure in shower. The breakfast choice was not healthy. I expected oatmeal, fruit, and apple juice. There was cheerios, frosted flakes, sweet rolls and waffles, and only orange juice. The coffee was generic and very weak tasting. The blanket smelled like body oder and the shower head was clogged so not much water pressure. The sheets were clean and the room was somewhat clean. The air worked well, and the bed was comfy. It did served it's purpose but I would not stay there again. The pool was dirty and hot tub had bugs all around it and it was off.

Good location right off I-40 but then that's true for just about every hotel/motel in Amarillo. Room seemed clean but had that old, musty smell to it. The grounds and buildings were pretty run down and upon close inspection really showed the age and wear. For the price, I expected something newer and/or modernized. They really have no business charging and receiving the nightly rates that they do. On the way back thru town, we stayed at the La Quinta across the highway. The rate was lower, the overall property was significantly nicer and the room was excellent. In the future, I would only stay here if it was the last place in town with a room.

Nothing. Everything. The hotel was dirty stinky. The sink was licking. The sheets and towels dirty and much more. Not for families.

There simply are not words to describe how awful this motel is. I did better by the Days Inn the previous night and for less money. I am now at the third motel (Super 8) in Holbrook, AZ; and for the third try at a motel I booked through you, the pool is out of commission. It's 90 to 100 degrees this entire trip. I would think the AC and the swimming pools would be top priorities this time of year.

Design of the building was interesting. It seemed really dirty and the continental breakfast was a joke. Ireally didn't need more than an alternative to sleeping in my car asI was just passing through and needed to rest, butI will definitely spend more money to stay somewhere else next time. The hotel has potential, but no one is taking care of it right now.I did not want to use anything in the hotel room from the linens to the pillows to the towels.I just wanted to get back on the road as quick asI could.

That the bed and bedroom was clean. Things didn't work. The shower didn't work, the pool wasn't heated and was freezing, there was no breakfast and the staff was rude.

The room. Lumpy beds, coarse towels, lights too dim. It was not a luxurious. Don't recommend, won't stay there again.
