This hotel was awful. The room was not what we had originally asked for in the reservation, they did fix that. The the outlets in the room did not work so the fridge and microwave would not work at the same time. The noise was bad, dogs barking all night. The beds were hard and and the room smelled. WOULD never go back there.

The staff was very helpful and accommadating. They had a good continental breakfast, the pool was clean and warm. The location was close to Factory Outlets, 10 minutes to Keystone, 20 minutes to Frisco & Breckenridge. The rooms were spacious, but a little outdated and the walls were dented and could have used some fresh paint, so luckly all the other things mentioned above made up for it and we didn't spend alot of time in our room, except for sleeping! Also, I was not happy when the Internet said one price and I was actually charged a higher price upon arrival!

We only spent evenings at the hotel to sleep. The accomodations were average and clean. Very polite and helpful staff. Good continential breakfast.

the luxury inn is not luxurious. the room was of good size but i would have liked the sink to be part of the bathroom not the bedroom. the mattress was to soft & in need of replacement. the continental breakfast was skimpy. several lights were out in the room, the only ones replaced were when i got the bulbs from the front desk. the inn is very close to keystone and not far from breckenridge & cooper mt., as well as many restaurants & other sights.

It really was not that bad, but I would have prefered a more comfortable bed. I could have slept better on rocks. The bathroom was really small and the lights on a delay if you could figure out what switch ran what light. The pool has limited hours and did not look that clean. Really not bad for the money, but I might spend a little more to get a little more.

old hotel, somewhat not too clean and pretty old

No frills, but great price and great location close to ski slopes. Minifride and microwave in room good addition. Hot tub was great after a long day on the slopes. Indoor pool was clean but very small. Great for young kids. Room was clean.

Rooms were clean. Hotel clerks not very friendly. the morning continental breakfast was meager. Toast, bagels, and donuts. No milk, no fruit, no cereal. cramped area to prepare food, ie the toaster, made it difficult for more than one person to do anything else in the area. The Hotel is centrally located to several ski areas and the price was the lowest we could find for that week. Never went in the hot tub or pool, because both were small and usually someone was in the hot tub. Not much room for anyone else, four max.

If you're looking for a reasonably priced hotel for a weekend ski trip, I'd highly recommend this property. Nothing fancy, but clean, nice hot tub, comfortable room, adequate continental breakfast, and good location.

You get what you pay for! I was a little older but for the price i would have stayed in something less. The biggest problem was that the walls were not very sound proof....if the next room wanted to take a shower at 4 in the morning, you would wake up from the noise

Generally when a business puts the word Luxury in their title, it's usually not. True is the case with the Luxury Inn and Suites. The fun began at check-in where the front desk employee (who also functioned as the concierge, manager and a bit of the cleaning staff, too) couldn't find my reservation. He decided to actually check the computer and found me right away; check-in was uneventful from there. The room is sparse, cheap and poorly laid out. The worst example is you need to turn your luggage (and perhaps your body, depending on your size) sideways to make it through the gap between the outside of the bathroom wall and the beer fridge / microwave combo. Another nice touch was the sign on the AC unit that said to prevent AC from freezing up during cool nights, set to '5' and 'High AC'; although I followed directions, I was awoken to the sound of ice loudly breaking in the AC unit around 3 AM; I left my window open from there. The bed was surprisingly comfortable; however in some sort of misguided sanitation effort there seemed to be a slick layer under the sheets (latex?) that keep me sliding around on the bed as I slept. The bathroom was small but functional, however the tub / shower creaked loudly as you shifted weight around it; the detached sink area's light bulb was burned out. The continental breakfast consisted of doughnuts / rolls / English muffins etc. still in there boxes direct from the grocery store and the ?fresh juice? came from frozen concentrate dropped into the juice machine. Check out went uneventfully and dropped my room keys in the basket marked check-out and left. The best I can say is that the room was cheap and clean. It would work well for a group of people who need a crash-pad and don't care about anything other than finding the cheapest room they could find; for everyone else, spend the few extra bucks and stay somewhere else.

The room's bathroom shower was leaking and I asked them on the next day in teh morning to fix it but it was fixed at all. The room that was given was without a second night stand the night on the wall adjacent to the TV was not wiorking The extra electric plug pouints on the wall adjacent to thew TV was not working The room had an unusual odor (not from smoking) The staff seemed engrossred with themselves and did not appear to to friendly. They lacked a warm welcoming smile and demeanor.
