The staff was very professional, attentive and quick to respond to our needs. This was our first time staying at a hotel with our infant son and they couldn't have made the experience any easier. Each member of the staff went out of their way to be helpful and accommodating... from meeting my specific requests about our needs prior to our arrival with the baby, to the valet continually helping us both loading up and unloading the car with the baby, to the excellent room service food! Honestly, I don't think I've ever had as good food for room service as I did at the Luxe and I've stayed at some pretty upscale hotels and resorts but the room service was really delicious with lots of good dining options! I'd definitely stay here again! Great hotel.

The clean interesting decor. Sound proofing was awful. Pets are allowed which I appreciate, but you could hear dogs barking until fairly late at night-not OK. Very spacious, well-designed rooms and lobby.

The Luxe Hotel was great! It is very private and the service is outstanding. The staff remembers you by name to insure that your experience is a superb one. Had a little issue with housekeeping but nothing that couldn't get resolved immediately. Will definetely go again.

I?ll start off by saying that just walking into the hotel I knew I would love it. Totally chic. The staff were friendly all the way from the front door to the room service. The d?cor is great and beds were very comfortable. The spa?.amazing! Had a wonderful massage followed up with a great dinner on sunset Blvd that evening. Luxe Hotel had a great intimate feeling but big city vibe. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to get the full LA experience or for just a quick little get away.

I've stayed at this hotel many times, primarily because it is located right off the 405, close to Sunset. It's nothing fancy but perfectly adequate. Good restaurant though the last time I was there the service was abysmal.

The rooms are huge, modern & beautiful. The food in the restaurant was delicious & good sized portions. Overall the hotel was a very good value

Freindly staff, updated rooms. Parking fee. Nice location, attractive rooms, staff was very nice. Well landscaped with a nice pool. Only downside was that our room was noisy due to close proximity to ventilation system outside the window.

I stayed at the Luxe for a recent business meeting and the hotel and service were both fantastic! The rooms are huge! The hotel has totally been redone and Everything in my room was brand new! The front desk clerk was very hospitable and I have never been so ""welcomed"" in an LA hotel! My room service breakfast was delivered in less then 10 minutes and they even called to make sure I was happy with my meal and did not need anything else. After breakfast I checked out and my car was waiting for me, no that is service! I will be back!

When I walked into my junior suit I literally jumped from excitement. The room was big and beautiful. I loved the bed; I loved the bathroom with the separate bath tub and a shower. I used the sauna and the pool. Fitness center was also available, but the spa was closed. I guess they work only during the business days. I like the dining facilities as well. I will stay there again.

Very helpful and the location was convenient for my purposes. Very thin walls, and housekeeping woke us up early both days prior to 7:30 am. This was a nice property but it really boils down to economics. For the amount of money this property charges, I have very high expectations that they just did not meet. But being that I got the room for.

I plan to stay at this hotel again.

There was minimal parking available and it all had to be valet. The facility is built on two different levels. The lower (main facility) is where the business services, restaurant, gift shop and lounge were located. If you were on the high hill level, and unless you were into hill climbing, you had to get your car from the valet to drive down to the main facility where you had to valet park again, or you had to wait for shuttle service. Then you went through the same routine to get back to your room. The road between the two levels was very narrow, and because of the need for the valets to park cars along that road, it often became a one lane road for two-way traffic.

Nice scenery and atmosphere. Parking - valet mandatory and extra fee. Nice welcoming and very nice room with private terrace. Despite the proximity of 405 it is really overwhelmed by the comfort of this hotel.

Not your typical hotel experience. The Luxe is ideal for a restful weekend get-away. The pool is small but elegant in an ""Classic Los Angeles"" sort of way. The Hotel is surrounded by eucalyptus trees- very classic LA. The service was fantastic. Room service great and rooms are huge. Saw the hotel ppol in an episode of ""Six Feet Under"" after we stayed there. Some who expect all-out luxury will miss the charm and comfort of this hotel.

Our junior suite was spacious, well-decorated with a five-star bathroom that included a glass-walled shower plus a huge tub and double-sink vanity. The staff could not do enough to please, and the added plus of having the hotel limousine take guests anywhere within a three-mile radius was a real plus. The dining is pleasant and the setting was serene.

Free WIFI and use of the business center. Rooms are dark, no view.

We stayed here for a wedding and were very happy with the accomodations. The pool was very nice and the outside patio for dining was great. The rooms are very large, but somewhat dated. There are two seperate parts to the hotel. One is up the hill and has several rooms and the pool and spa. The other is down the hill with the front desk and the restaurant, bar, function hall and guest rooms. It was a bit inconvenient to stay up the hill. The only way to get down to the other part of the hotel was either drive or take the hotel shuttle service which was actually an extended golf cart most of the time. Also, the entire hotel is valet parking only. It is reasonable to have valet parking for the lower level, but certainly not necessary (or should be optional) for the upper level. I was not appreciative of the $22 nightly charge for mandatory valet.

I would recommend this hotel to couples and families alike though definitely designed for relaxation and comfort with upscale class.

The staff was very nice and the rooms were large, comfortable and nicely decorated. The walk to the lobby was a bit steep but we were right next to the pool. Again the staff was very accomodating.

The staff was extremely professional and courteous. The location was a bit hard to get to, and you had to valet park. The room was big, and the staff was very professional. I would definitely recommend it to family and friends, although the only con I can think of is that there is no guest parking, only valet.
