Restaurant Ginkgo: Facing the sea and the pool, the main restaurant offers tempting buffet breakfast which will satisfy the most demanding guests. In the evenings, beautifully laid out convivial tables d'hote, gala dinners and Mauritian, Asian or Mediterranean buffets are proposed alternately. In accordance with Feng-Shui principles, there are no corner-tables in the restaurant. Lovers have the option to dine on the beach, cut away from the world to share a moment of romantic bliss. La Bastide: This is LUX* Grand Gaube's beach restaurant, prominently located and offering a stunning view of the Northern islets. The restaurant offers a joyous cuisine du soleil, delightful blend of Mediterranean and Creole flavours. A variety of grilled food and salads is available and the spicy flavours of Mauritian food are a perfect match for the Southern French cuisine. Karma House (Concept Trilogie): The hotel's gastronomic restaurant overlooks the pool and offers a spectacular view of the lagoon. The open kitchen, see-through cave and rustic terrace create a feeling of space and subtle refinement. The book opens, the journey begins: five culinary discoveries for the five Feng Shui elements. Karma is representative of the harmony that emanates from such a variety of tastes and flavours. Abalone: Sea food and fresh fish are served every evening. It opens also for lunch and offers then Mauritian dishes and large salads.

Bar Grand Bleu: This is LUX* Grand Gaube's main pool bar, a rustic bar with large comfortable armchairs, featuring a splendid view of the ocean. It is the ideal setting for a light meal, a club sandwich, dim sums, pancakes at tea-time, a pre-dinner cocktail or a liqueur by the pool. Spirit Lounge & Bar: Enjoy memorable moments in this elegant and refined lounge, ideal for a quiet drink, before or after dinner, to the sound of the piano. The atmosphere is reminiscent of the plush comfort of an English club, with a choice of cigars from the LUX* Grand Gaube's private collection. Banyan Pool & Grill: The Bar is a laid-back place, under some of the oldest banyan trees on the island, beside its own pool, with seating at the bar or under the shade of parasols on the lawn. The Bar's selection includes fresh fruit juices, beers and tropical cocktails. At lunchtime, grills, cooked in front of guests, and large salads are served.
