Lumber Baron Antoine Cartier built the Ludington House in 1878. We are conveniently located a short walk from Lake Michigan, restaurants and the Pere Marquette harbor. Our home is a three story Victorian set on a beautifully landscaped corner lot with ample off-street parking.
