Nice hotel as in accommodation and location. However had alot of problems with customer services. The first night they overbooked so we had to stay across the road. for a 4 star hotel, they wouldn't even bring towel to our room. They wouldn't let us drink what we wanted to even tho we had all inclusive bands. Not in terms of the brand of drinks, of because we made to much noise, but it is a bar what do you expect?! also we felt quite discriminated against as we got told to do certain thing e.g. wearing our shorts in the restaurant. My mate wore then and was told to leave but then we pointed out other people in the restaurant wearing short. And last but not least I went to complain to the manager the night before we where going to leave and he called the police on me. I would not recommend going to this hotel. nice place but to many problems with the staff and manager.

We booked last minute for 1 week was a little unsure as of some reviews i read after booking did worry me a bit.on arrival i was pleasantly surprised it was clean and welcoming,the night staff was helpful(after arriving at 1.30am)but was new and got some things mixed up but was rectified next day.the rooms were comfy and cleaned had satellite tv but hardly nothing in english could do with a couple of english channels.the food was good and a nice selection,the waiting on staff in the restaurant were not very talkative be it just to the english as i did see them talking to other foreigners.the beer was carlsburg that was in with the price so that was a bonus.the entertainment at night was rather naff to say the least out of the seven nights we stayed there was entertainment 3 times but not that good we walked into town most nights overall it is definitely NOT a 4* hotel a 3 at the most but if you want a clean base to do your own thing at night it goes recommended as a nice hotel that would benefit from a paint overhaul both inside and out
