Description:
Losari Spa Retreat and Coffee Plantation is located right in the centre of Java Island and it takes approximately 90 minutes by car from the International Airports of Semarang, Solo or Yogyakarta. During the Dutch Colonial time, it was an active coffee plantation of 22 hectares. For years it was abandoned and unmanaged. This heritage site has now restored and transformed into an exclusive Eco Resort and Spa with outstanding facilities blending Colonial, Javanese and Contemporary Architecture. Each of 24 Villas is a unique and independent construction with a large living area and outdoor verandas offering breathtaking view over the plantation and or the mountains. Each Villa has been reconstructed from an original Javanese antique limasan, joglo or kudus wooden house and is decorated with original antiques. A visitor's first impression of the resort will be that of living in an Javanese coffee plantation. The ambiance is relaxed, serene and evocative of the bygone era.
