The resort has a friendly 24 hrs reception with lots of facilities; rent a car, facsimile, cots, pets (until 5kg on request), high chairs (restaurants), currency exchange, general information, self service laundry, etc. APARTMENTS: The resort has refurbished apartments renovated in 2007m divide in 3 floors (no elevators). The very modern and tasteful apartments include an integrated living roombedroom, a separate bedroom, a spacious bathroom, a kitchenette, telephone, satellite TV (payable locally), safe (payable locally). The apartments have a terrace. SPORTS FACILITIES: Water polo, tennis competitions, minigolf, football, air-rifle, archery, table tennis, and aerobics. Night Club open 7 days a week with a disco and live music, shows, cabaret, folklore and entertainment programme.For our children we have the Los Zocos Kids Club with mini-club, mini-disco, playground and lots of entertainments for our children.

Situated in Costa Teguise located along the main road. Countless shopping and entertainment venues in the town centre area within walking distance of the hotel, or may easily be reached by making use of public transport, there is a bus and taxi stop directly in front of the hotel. The main sandy beach is just 150 mts away. The island's capital, Arrecife, is only 7 kilometres from the hotel. Connecting Costa Teguise with LZ-3 road, it is easy to arrive to Arrecife (the main town of Lanzarote) or the South area (National Park Timanfaya, Yaiza or Playa Blanca town). By LZ-1 road, it possible to acces to the North area (around 25 30 min) and Jameos del Agua, Cueva de Los Verdes or Mirador del Rio. At about 1.5 Km is the Costa Teguise Golf Course.
