Everything was good at this hotel the only thing is that it is a five minute drive from all the action in town and the marina. Other than that I had a great time peace and quiet is what I wanted and I enjoyed it alot. I would recommend people to stay here if they are on a budget cause for the location were it sits you get your moneys worth. The showers are clean and modern. The staff was nice.

Priced good. Water, poor quality, beds, much too hard. Difficult to get info about activities or the area since staff had limited knowledge of English. The hotel rooms were large and bright and overlooked and open air lobby and pool.

Clean, modern, good restaurant, helpful staff. Pool and hot tub were cold, no airport shuttle service. This was a good hotel for my needs.

"Just got back from a week at Los Patios. The hotel is a few miles from town, but the local bus runs every 20 minutes and costs less than a dollar. It will drop you off right in front of the marina, where everything is located. The service was very slow at the bar and restaurant, but the food was good. Getting a taxi can take 20-45 minutes so be prepared. "

While staying at this hotel, the number one thing that gonna bring me back is the cleaniness of the room and the hard work of the staff. Also, being just outside of Cabo is nice. I would go to town and would like some peace and quiet towards the end of the night so it was refreshing to come back to my clean hotel.

"First impressions were that the hotel is good looking, has a good bar and restaurant on site. Hammocks on the balcony were a plus but smelled a little funky. The beds are hard as rocks! No fridges in any of the rooms. Customer service was lacking, front desk was short and rude at times. Overall has the opportunity to be great but needs lots of improvement."

"Great deal for the money. Although it is pretty far from the ocean, for $1.40 you can take the bus and save $ vs. taxi. Food was great but next time, we will stay closer to the beach."

"My daughter & I recently stayed in Cabo. We were greatly pleased with the hotel and all it had to offer. The one drawback was extra local children coming to spend the afternoon swimming in the pool. The food is fabulous! the mattresses were a little hard, but we both slept great all 4 nights! The staff was friendly and helpful. It was nice to share in some of the local feeling as opposed to staying at one of the big resorts."

"The hot tub wasn't working when we went, but everything else was great. The beds were nice and firm. The bar and dining was FABULOUS! The staff was wonderfully helpful and attentive! "
