Restaurant "La Cocina de Segovia", one of the best in Spain, has been recommended in many restaurant guides like Gu?a Michel?n and has won gastronomy awards. Hotel's clients will delight with a harmonious combination of traditional recipes from Castile and creative cuisine, incorporating signature dishes prepared using local ingredients. Specialties include suckling pig and lamb roasted over a wood fire in sight of the dining room, vegetables from the Vega del Pir?n region, mushrooms from the Guadarrama mountains and La Granja large broad beans, small game, homemade marinades, fish from the Bay of Biscay, beef and enticing desserts. In addition there is a separate area for celebratory events that can hold up to 300 guests.
