Cute and old fashioned. Hard beds. Keys instead of room cards - old fashioned but no issues. Felt safe in area.

We paid 63 including tax for a room here on a Saturday night. Considering the price, it was well worth it. No, it isn't a four star hotel, but for what we paid I was more than happy. It was easy to find, clean, big room, coffee maker, hair dryer, free breakfast and pleasant staff. I'd definitely stay again.

Was there when we needed a hotel, just off the thruway. Nothing I can think of. Had no problems with this hotel, would stay there again if we were in the area.

Fine for the price and allowing pets. Continental breakfast was good. Arrived a week after their first snowstorm. Utility men who were there to restore power stayed here too.They were above and next to us. VERY loud and noisy. Came in late and left at 6 AM. Trucks were parked outside our window in an empty lot. Our dog barked when he heard their voices, slamming doors and pounding of feet Kept us awake trying to quiet him. Maids did not vacuum the second night. Got 2 bars of soap for 2 sinks & shower and were never replenished. enjoyed the ""wireless"" internet ."

Convenient location and great rates compared to others in the area. The towels were rough and the showerhead wasn't great. Good choice for those looking for a convenient location. It's not the Ritz, but the rooms and services are in-keeping with the cost and the hotel was generally well-kept and clean. Beds were fairly comfortable also.

Getting a little tired, but everything works, rooms are large and the price is fair. Also allows pets.

Location to the Highway. The decor, beds and furnishing and pumping system are outdated. This hotel should be classified has an economy hotel instead of moderate. The blankets were old and need to be replaced. The complimentary breakfast seemed like stuff bought from an outlet bakery or overnight leftovers. The entire hotel needs to be brought up to date.

I loved how quaint it was; still used real room keys. Front desk clerk could be much friendlier. I was pleasantly surprised at how quaint and almost old fashioned this hotel was. Still used large gold keys for rooms. Lobby was large and inviting; rooms clean; lots of towels. I've stayed in quite a few unpleasant rooms of late traveling to us many times this year. This was a welcome surprise. Would stay again for sure.

The location was very easy to find. It was freezing in the room and the heat wasn't working properly. This hotel was terrible. The room was freezing cold, the carpet was filthy, and if I'm not mistaken people actually lived there. Someone was doing work on his truck at 8:00 am and creating a lot of noise. I would not recommend anyone stay there.

The location was an easy ride to downtown without the downtown prices. Not much of a breakfast. Simple and clean with easy access to downtown Buffalo.

Room was clean, air worked, staff was friendly. Outdated a bit, pillows uncomfortable. If you just need a place to sleep for the night, this would do. Do not expect luxury or modern amenities. Our TV set was outdated, beds were old and the bathtub was not inviting for a bathtub. We visited the sight at Niagara Falls during labor day weekend, though, so this was the best quality for the price we paid. Staff was accommodating and friendly.

It was convenient to the things that I wanted to do. It could be updated and the room could have been cleaned better. Overall, it was a good location but I was not impressed with the room itself. There was gum stuck on the wall and the furniture was stained and the floor was not very clean. But if you are not a clean freak than it is handy to everything.

Desk personnel were very helpful; the breakfast was excellent. There was no telephone book in the room; the bathtub was very slow draining. We had a pleasant one night stay and would return if the occasion warranted it.
