Description:
Longbeach Beachfront Villas offer you a choice of 2 six-bedroom villas, both right on the beach. The villas are situated at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac.
All living areas overlook the beach, with views across the bay and out to the Tollgate Islands. Each villa has a spacious living area upstairs and downstairs, with a deck and patio to step out onto and enjoy the sea breezes. We invite you to enjoy life on the beach. Remember to bring your own linen, tea towels, toilet paper etc. Linen can be hired for $20 per set including towel.
UPSTAIRS: three bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, large open plan living/dining area with deck (BBQ), two bathrooms and separate toilet. One queen room with queen bed, ensuite, walk-in robe, and small balcony, 2nd queen room with queen bed and one twin room with two single beds. All beds have doonas and pillows with covers. Inclusions upstairs: TV, DVD player, CD player.
DOWNSTAIRS: three bedrooms, large open plan living/dining area with patio, one bathroom (with bath and shower) and separate toilet.
Inclusions downstairs: TV, DVD player, CD player. One queen room with queen bed, twin room with two single beds and another twin room with two single beds.

Attractions:
Long Beach is over 1 mile long and just outside your door. Take long walks for miles along unspoilt coastline. Swim, fish and snorkle in the summer months. Bushwalk in the nearby state forests. Batemans Bay is only a few minutes away, where there are tennis courts, golf courses. Birdland is in Batehaven, where you can hold and feed some of the native wildlife. Mogo Zoo and township is only 15 to 20 minutes away. Surf beaches at South Durras or Tomakin are close by as well. Deep sea fishing trips can be arranged from Batemans Bay.
Many guests declare their favourite thing to do is sit on the deck and soak up the view as they enjoy a good book and/or a glass of wine with good company.
