When we checked in we were told there was a smoking room available, and non smoking would be available later, so we left our cases but when we came back later in the evening we were still given smoking. The decor was lovely but there was a terrible buzzing noise all night, couldn't work out were it was coming from but it kept us awake. When I asked the staff about it they were not interested. We got the break at a good price so I put up with it but would not have been happy if I had payed more.

Overnight stay for work's doWe found our accommodation to be of a very high standard indeed, including the bathroom and tea making facilities. Also the location of the hotel is very central to amenities and attractions around this area, particularly for us as we were attending an evening function at the nearby HMS Belfast.

Very friendly, homely hotel, warm welcome, nice room and bathroom (although a little small), breakfast catered exactly to my special requests, would definitely stay here again

great service - all staff went out of their way to be friendly and helpful. The breakfast was superb quality, although the restaurant was very busy so some customers had to wait a short while for a table. Location was very close to the tube, would definitely stay again.

This is now the second time we have stayed at the London Bridge Hotel and each time the standard has been excellent. My husband especially enjoyed the marvellous breakfast and for me it was that 'oh so comfy bed' that I just didnt want to get out of on Sunday morning!!!! Our friends who also stayed at the hotel ordered room service (steak sandwich) thinking the price was a little high, but when it was delivered they said they couldnt believe their eyes, not only was there the BIGGEST steak sandwich they had ever seen, there was also fries and salad, so although prices may seem a little high to some you certainly get your monies worth. Hope to go back again in a few months and catch a show too.

2nd time stay: a good place to go. Nice clean rooms and very friendly staff. We could leave the suitcases in the hotel when we checked out, no problem. So we could spend the whole day without them. For me the place to go when I am back again in London in June and November

excellent hotelThe hotel is in an perfect location for sight seeing with the tower of london, london eye and parliament all within easy walking distance along the river Thames, and with a tube station on it's door step the heart of london is only minutes away. The hotel itself was above our expectations, the staff are very friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean and modern and very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice for everyone. We will return there and i would recommend the hotel to anyone.

Good hotel for south bank areaStayed 2 nights and found the staff very helpful and breakfast very good. A little noisy from train station but a good location for doing the south bank, Hays Galleria etc. One night was a Sunday so got a good rate but the Monday night charge was expensive. Twin room was quite small but bathroom clean and good size.

Double room one night's stay in central locationAlthough the room was on the small size for the amount of furniture and equipment in it, it was had everything we could have wanted. The bed was very comfortable. Conveniently located within a short walk of teh London Bridge intrechange and the excellent Borough Market (open Thurs Friday Sat)

3rd Time here. Very good hotel in its price bracket. Right next to London Bridge Station. Can't recommend it highly enough. Same complaint as before, though - breakfast staff poorly organized. All they have to do is bring some tea and some toast before your breakfast is over. If they focussed primarily on this instead of aimlessly circling the dining room looking for your 'empties', this place would be perfection. 9.99 out 0f 10.

We stayed at the London Bridge Hotel 2 weekends in a row as we were attending a course. The first weekend we were super impressed, having stayed at other hotels in London. Firstly everything was super clean, fresh and looked new. Secondly we felt the intent of the hotel was all about comfort and luxury. The bed was amazing, feather mattress topper, feather duvet, feather pillows. Wide screen television, great magazines to read, and fast internet connection. All great stuff. The staff were incredibly warm and friendly...really wanting us to enjoy our stay. For London it is in a quiet at night area, yet it is walking distance (less than a block) from London Bridge Station. They provide a luggage holding service and will even bend over backwards to get you an early check in. We are going back to London during Easter Break and will definitely stay there, it's worth the extra traveling to come back to warm happy smiles, impeccable service, comfort and a great nights sleep!
