Actually even better than I expected. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful large comfortable room. Flat screen TV in bath is awesome. Large whirlpool tub with separate shower. Well lit separate makeup area for my wife. (I plan on coming back soon and bringing my wife. The local shopping on the Golden Mile is sure to be something she will enjoy). Book this hotel, you won't be disappointed.

One of the nicest hotel I have ever stayed in. I loved everything about this hotel. The location was excellent for shopping, dining and getting around the downtown area. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was above expectations.

couldn't ask for anything more one little drawback the room service is too expensive payed 8 dollars for a glass of milk and the room service food sucked the restaraunt in the hotel by contrast is amazing would definitely stay again very warm people

Friendly, helpful staff. Restaurant too expensive. I'd recommend this Hotel to anyone. If I ever return to Montreal I'll definitely use the same Hotel.

Three friends and I stayed at the hotel for my bachelorette weekend. Everyone there was so sweet at the hotel and bent over backwards to help us, we asked the concierge for help finding an italian restarunt in the city and after asking us a few questions, he printed out the options and we were on our way! The front door men are extremely nice as well.The hotel was very clean, the bathrooms were gorgeous.I will be staying here Everytime I am in Montreal from now on!

Room service was good. Bed comfortable. Bathroom nice. Staff friendly. Pillows no good, three lights in room burnt out, turndown took 2 hours to be done, view no good. The hotel was very nice, staff was exceptionally friendly! The room was nice, but a bit small. However, the bathroom was large and beautiful. Except that the plumbing was showing under the sink when you were in the bath. Wasn't very nice to look at. Also, no dimmers in the bathroom, it was all lights on or no lights. There were 2 lamps and some ceiling lights that were burnt out. However, they were quick to replace them. Room service was terrific, although they brought one thing wrong. But took them only minutes to bring the correct thing! Pillows were extremely large and uncomfortable but bed was extra comfortable.

Great location, beautiful hotel. Nothing bad to say. Location was in the center of lively St Catherine's St. and Crescent St. Staff was pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable. Rooms were clean and spacious. The beds were 5 star comfortable! We were fortunate to have a room in the back of the hotel which was quiet.

All of the staff were terrific - from the curbside through the lobby and beyond. We could not say enough good things about how they seem to genuinely care about your needs. Rooms were sparklingly clean and the jet bathtub was a real winner. Night turn down service included filling the ice bucket - nice touch. Central location was big plus.

Welcome and friendly staff. Large, comfortable rooms designed for convenience. Well appointed baths with separate shower and whirlpool bath. Badly stained carpet; bath tile could use scrubbing.

Location of the hotel and the helpful staff. From arrival to departure, the hotel staff treated us with utmost professionalism. Impressed by the staff's ability to anticipate and accommodate our every wishes. I will return to this hotel again.

Excellent location to the shops. Attractive rooms. Views could have been better. Everyone was very nice - from the valets, to doormen, to the receptionist. Attractive interior with nice furniture and amenities. Our only problem was they misplaced our shoes during the shoe shine. Thankfully they found them after we departed and shipped them back to us.

An older hotel impeccably maintained, more class than newer hotels Only problem is that it was farther (two metro stops) from our meeting location than other hotel we have stayed at I liked the hotel very much. Doormen, desk people and restaurant staff were excellent.
