The Loews Vanderbilt provided a beautiful yet slightly aged hotel with well appointed, clean rooms. It was indeed updated but you could feel that the room at an older layout. The beds were VERY comfortable. The fitness centar was minimalist but adequate. The lobby and bar area were relaxing and tidy and we were treated well by the staff. Location was excellent since we were attending an event on the Vanderbilt campus. I give it an A-.

I liked the convenience of the hotel, and the friendly staff. I was very disappointed that the hotel did not have a pool.

The Loew's Vanderbilt Hotel in Nashville, TN was great. the room was great. The hotel personel were just so professional. I couldn't have had a better weekend getaway. Thanks to the online travel website.

9.95a day is what it will cost for in room Internet access--they told me I could get a coupon for free wireless in the bar but when I went to the desk to get one, they had run out. Parking is another 20 per day.Rooms are nice but just a few blocks away you can pay half, get free parking, Internet, fridge and microwave. I was here on business and expected to be able to stay in touch with my office from my room. I work for a non-profit with a lean budget--

Nice room, Parking was a little pricey, We took a cab everywhere we went. Breakfast was great, although it was also a little pricey for coffee grits and eggs. Staff was excellent, courteous and helpful.

I have a big dog, 100 lb, and when I read on online website thier 'Loews Loves Pets' policy, I rejoiced. When we got there, there was some famous country singer of witch I do not know the name. What caught my eye was how close it was to Vanderbilt U. because my niece goes there, and we were going to visit her.

I stayed at the Loews Vanderbilt Hotel in September 2008 on business, and it was just what I was looking for. It had great business amenities, the room was comfortable, and it was in a great location in Nashville. I would not hesitate to recommend it to other travellers (business or pleasure). It was very close to many restaurants, as well as Vanderbilt University.

The towels were so soft, it was very quiet as a whole, friendly staff. The hotel was very nice, close enough to locations we were able to use a cab to get a lot of places.

I had a great first impression of The Loews Vanderbuilt Hotel as I walked into the lobby. The check in procedure was a pleasant experience. I was very dissappointed in the size of the room I felt like I paid way to much for this small crowded room. I have paid the same amount at many other places and stayed in a much larger and nicer room.

The hotel staff was extremely accomodating to my requests. I informed the concierge upon securing my reservation that I would be staying at the hotel the night of my wedding. I left a bottle of champagne and fruits at the front desk the morning prior to my arrival and requested that they take them to my room that evening. When we arrived we were surprised to see that they had not only answered our request but arranged them on nicely on a clothed room service cart. The champagne was chilling in the ice bucket as well. Also, I highly recommend the Sunday brunch at EAT , the hotel's restaurant. The food is second to none n Nashville.

The room was very spacious and nicer than I expected. Sometimes even at four star hotels the rooms are pretty simple. All of my expectations were either met or were exceeded. I loved it. It was very upscale from the second you walked in. We dined at Ruth's Chris which was in the very same building which was extremely convenient. I was especially impressed with the room. I have stayed in nice hotels before where the rooms themselves left a little to be desired once you got there so I was very pleased when we got to ours to find it in such good condition, nice TV, king size bed with nice bedding and a good view of the city.

The concierge was outstanding in her recommendations. Nothing. From the location to the friendly staff, my wife's and my expectations were exceeded in every way. Haley the evening concierge gave us outstanding tips on where to eat and sight see. The day time concierge made the best gift bags for my daughters. We had the best time.

Great location across the street from Vanderbilt. If you have business at Vanderbilt University, this hotel cannot be beat. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance.

Convenient location. Parking and business center costs were outrageous. The hotel was for a quick get away and was nice and we got a great deal from Priceline. Location was very convenient and staff were nice. I would say the only negative comments are parking is $20 per day which is a little excessive and the business office charges something like $2 per minute and additional fees for printing. We choose to print our boarding passes at the airport.

No pool. The elevators and parking garage alone were horrible. Our room had a view of a fence on a roof. Room was nothing special. Hotel had little to offer and the parking garage and halls were dirty.

Stylish and contemporary, excellent bedandsuperb coffee maker in room. Got crowded in lobby area at times. Being from Chicago, Loews is not a very recognizable brand. This hotel reminded us a bit ofvery stylish, but comfortable and with bigger rooms. Everything was top-notch, from the free hot apple cider to the bold room decorations. The K-cup coffee maker in the room provided the absolutely best in-room coffee we've ever had.
