Our first night there we ate at the revolving restaurant at the top of the hotel giving superior views! The food was surprisingly good, but, of course, a little pricey. We could never get lost because you can see this hotel with the revolving restaurant from anywhere in the city. Nice cafes right outside the hotel were great for morning coffee, breakfast, lunch or dinner or just for a drink. With outside seating it was very nice! And the waiters were very nice, too.Old Quebec was just 3 blocks away! Everything was within walking distance from our hotel. We loved it and would stay there again. Great gift shop, too!The concierge was extremely helpful with directions, reservations and recommendations.We were very comfortable in our room. It had all the usual amenities: hair dryer, make-up mirror, nice shower in a tub, thick towels, TV with English speaking channels, 2 luggage holders, bathrobe and slippers and a nice view!The pool looked very nice but it was outside so I only took a quick peek (we were there in October). It was on the 4th floor so it was very private.

Arrived to a Hotel were the attendents were pleasant and willing to help. Hotel locatiion was great. Walking distance to resturants and to the Walled city of Quebec City. Great experience of the old world without traveling to Europe.

Excellent location and large beautiful rooms. Terrible parking lot. Excellent location, on the main street with tons of restaurants and bars. It's also just a short walk to the Old City.

The Le Concorde , in our opinion, is one of the best hotels in Quebec City. The structure provides large windows which overlook the city and is really romantic day or night. The front desk personnel are very friendly, helpful and courteous. The rooms are decorated elegantly and kept very clean. We enjoyed the dinner at the L'astral restaurant. It was a once in a lifetime experience revolving around the hotel with marvelous veiws of the city. The parking was convenient, but others parked in front of our car and we were almost blocked in. Some others were blocked in. We thought the restaurant in the lobby should have been open for breakfast with a free continental breakfast offered. We had to leave the hotel to find a breakfast at a decent price. Our stay was "just about perfect".

The hotel is clean , calm, courteous, friendly with a decent rotary restaurant on the roof. Parking within short walking distance for a fee, room bottled water is not a compliment of the hotel. No continental breakfast available

Great location. Priced right (Priceline rate). Requested higher floor but was decline. Did not have king bed as requested in reservation. L'Astral is a great restaurant with an awesome view. Conveniently located. Parking is a problem. Staff did not give a better offer when they did not have a king size bed per reservation.

"The room (as well as the hotel itself I must say) had a distinctive 'dated' feel. While the furnishings were new, it was like slapping a fresh coat of paint on a barn (well, not a 'barn' - but you get the idea. The bathroom was small and dark - the shower curtain looked as if it hadn't been changed since the late 80's, and I couldn't believe the 1980's air conditioner. One ice machine for the hotel."

Magnificent view of the old city. The revolving restaurant staff. We found the room to be clean and attractively decorated; the beds super comfortable, the front desk staff friendly and helpful. The restaurant staff much less so. They sat us right next to a woman who was sneezing (this was during the swine flu scare) then, when we pointed this out, moved us to another table that would not have the best view during the whole meal due to the the slowness of the revolving mechanism. We thought the meal was over-priced, too. The quality of the food was less than what one should expect as well. My Coq Au Vin tasted as if it had been sitting out the whole afternoon, all dried out and chewy.

"This is a decent hotel considering the price, but they definitely needs to improve on the parking, as most of the time, the underground parking is full, and I needed to have valet parking 4 of the 5 nights I stayed there.Rooms were properly cleaned, but the towels re more like rags. Corridors are dimly lit.Service level differs quite a bit from person to person. You can have a very friendly person at the front desk in the morning, and one that would not even look at you while you are talking to them."

Location is excellent and luxuy hotel. Parking for car is 23$ + tax per day. It is a beautiful hotel, perfectly located near great restaurants and nightclubs. 15 minutes walk to old Quebec city. Very comfortable bed and clean room. Go for the Sunday brunch at restaurant hotel, super! Highly recommended

Beautiful, romantic, facilities in rooms are very updated. Views are spectacular! General staff was not friendly. It gave me the impression that I'm not welcomed because I don't speak French. After I booked the rooms at your hotel via priceline I called your hotel directly to request a double beds room for my children. I was transferred to the reservations and a lady there was extremely rude. She was totally mad and simply told me that "I can't help you!" then hung up on me! I graduated from hotel management and have worked at hospitality business for over 25 years but have not quite encountered something like that! However, by the time I arrived the hotel, a gentleman at the front desk was extremely helpful. He not only gave me the double beds room I asked for, but also gave me a room with balcony! I was very happy with his service! Also, we dined at the Roof Top Restaurant that night and the hostess was also very friendly and nice too. My children loved her! The server lady was okay, she didn't really attend our table.

Luxury, very good emplacement, close to fabulous restaurants and attractions, relax and friendly! Thank you! I would have like to choose an hotel with an indoor pool and free parking. It cost me 23$/day in extra for the parking.
