My son and I wanted to explore Denver's surrounding areas and the Rocky Mountain National Park so we stayed just outside of the city. We had a perfect hotel experience at the updated and modern Loews Denver. Everyone was polite and helpful. We used the concierge service quite a bit and it was excellent. The restaurant, and room service, food was also extremely good. I highly recommend this hotel. An added plus is the shuttle service Loews has to take you practically anywhere you want to go. It saved us a lot in taxi fares. Our room was large and very comfortable. The bedsheets were so soft. We requested a higher floor with a view of the mountains. My pictures of the sunsets behind the mountains taken from our hotel room look like postcards.

While vacationing in Denver with our dog, my wife and I found that the Loews Denver hotel offered a luxurious stay with all the amenities of a 5-star resort for pet owners. The room was lavish, spacious, and impeccably clean. The hotel staff was attentive, highly trained, and at the top of their game. Dan the concierge was excellent. He was able to book a massage and salon appointment for us at a local spa on extremely short notice; he then confirmed that we received our booking, coordinated for our transportation through the complimentary hotel shuttle, and followed up after our treatments. Also, Richard the shuttle driver was an excellent chauffeur. He gave us a thorough description of the Cherry Creek area on our way there and dropped us off at a prime shopping location. For pick up, he arrived exactly within the eight-minute arrival time that he estimated when I called. This has been the best hotel experience that we have had.

The staff was very friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived. I liked everything. Great staff, convenient location to shopping and downtown. The rooms were very nice and clean. The staff was incredible. I will definitely go back.

I've stayed here a half a dozen times and I'm a LoewsFirst member. I'ts not only the best value for any loews in the country, but it's one of the nicest hotels in Denver. The management is very sensitive to the quest needs. I had a couple small service problems, and they were solved without hassle. The rooms are comfortable and have a GREAT view of the Rockies. The restaurant has a great Italian menu.

Front desk service was excellent. Bathroom was not spotless.

NEW, beautiful linens and monogrammed towels and turn down service! Air conditioning system kept turning to heat! Easy to locate this 11 story hotel. Friendly and free valet service. Great views of the mountains. Close to Whole Foods and a Walgreen's drug store with a 24 hour pharmacy.

Looking at all the features, I think this is the best hotel in Denver. Clean, great service, nice rooms, great location, fair price. This is where I will always stay when in Denver.

Nice bar. Did not remember to provide fresh coffee supplies to room for second night. Good value, friendly staff.

Lovely hotel, great service, friendly staff. Will stay again.

Large parking lot. Very antiquated. Felt old. Very antiquated. I expected more from a Loew's. Frankly one of the worst I've stayed in of any major chain in recent memory.

Staff was not friendly. Stepping out of the elevator, I was hit with the smell of smoke. It got stronger as I walked towards my room. When I opened my door, I was almost knocked down by the smell. When I told the front desk, they were unapologetic and said I could leave for a few hours and come back or just check out. They were not helpful at all.

"The service is great, but the rooms need updating. Towels are thin."

Staff was excellent. Finding the entrance was a bit tricky as it looks like it's part of a office building. Beautiful hotel, great staff, really great prices, easy access to Denver and area attractions.

The room was nice, friendly staff and they provided shuttle service which was very nice. The lobby smelled like rotten sewage. The hotel was nice except for the horrible smell in the lobby area.

This was our first stay at The Loews Hotel Chain but it won't be our last. We've stayed at many Major Hotel chains but have never recieved such wonderful service. Our beds were turned down each of our six night stay. The rooms are well arranged and the food was great. The location was also great. We could access Hwy 25 and Hwy70 within a couple minutes. You won't regret you choice to stay at this hotel.

The room was nice and the lava cake with ice cream was delicious. Location no pool, poor workout area, not a 4 star hotel and not in Cherry Creek. I would rate this a 3 star hotel, nice staff, good room service, poor workout area, dangerous location, not in Cherry Creek as I requested.

"Two couples spent a snowy extended New Years Eve weekend at this beautiful, classy hotel in a great central Cherry Creek location. The lobby is warm and welcoming with a beautiful fire lit and hot cider and cookies offered in the afternoon, and our rooms were luxuriously appointed with great beds and a fabulous view. The concierge made excellent suggestions and we skiied, dined, shopped, saw a movie and play and celebrated in spite (or because) of the snow. "

"We enjoyed our stay immensely! The staff were extremely well-trained to be extra aware of customer needs, and were genuinely kind to boot. The shuttle got us to and from everywhere we needed to go (from friend's houses, to dinner, to sight-seeing downtown). Hot cider in the lobby! And heaven for pets if you have them...heaven"
