Friendly staff. Clean. Internet was not wireless, beds were comfortable, amenities plentiful, and restaurant service, charges and food were uneven.

This hotel exceeded our expectations & the price was phenomenal! We would definitely recommend this hotel to our family & friends! And we would stay here again in a second!

Great hotel - very nice, but should have a pool at this level.

The hotel was very comfortable with high end service. We arrived and immediately the staff offered our 5 year old some cookies and milk. We all were desperate for a good night sleep and had one. The beds and room were very nice. Very curious though why such a nice hotel is in such a so location. Would stay there again anyway!

Faux Italian with cheesy euro-country side decor. Staff was unimpressive. I would not stay here again. Rather I feel like a moderate price Marriott is a better value and more comfortable.

Although I booked a non-smoking room, it had definitely been smoked in a lot. The rooms are quite noisy; you can hear people walking in the hallway and in adjacent rooms.

The staff of this hotel was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The biggest disappointment was opening the door to our room and finding it very small and ordinary, though the beds and linens were good. We were given a room on the fifth floor with an adjoining door to the next room, and could hear every sound from that room. We asked for a new room, and were given one immediately, on the tenth floor. Ironically, it was the exact replica of the old room in every way, even down to the artwork, only without the adjoining door. Not a four-star room at all.

Its attention to detail that makes this hotel shine, e.g.: every phone (including ones in halls, outside elevators, etc) has a pad & pen next to it. The service staff is very good and very friendly, quick to respond and excellent service all the way around. I detected no difference in treatment based on my level of dress, which is always a sign of a professional staff (I checked in wearing shorts & a t-shirt, and they gave me the same 5 star service as I received later in a full business suit - that level of professionalism sadly isn't too often found).

9. From: Stuart, Edwards, Co
 Date of Stay: May, 2007
Nice hotel but not four stars as any outdoor pool and workout facility very limited to a 100 square foot room.

10. From: Leslie, Oklahoma City, Ok
 Date of Stay: May, 2007
This hotel is very nice on the surface, but deep down needs renovating. The lobby was gorgeous and the staff was amazingly friendly and helpful. Our room smelled strongly of cigarettes even though it was a non-smoking room. There were two air purifiers running, but weren't helping. The room looked nice at first glance, but had some small things that detracted from it. Exposed cords, stained carpet, etc. Overall it was a good stay at a good hotel because of the staff, but the rooms need some work.

I enjoyed my stay at the Loews. Being unfamiliar with this hotel chain, I was pleasantly surprised. Although, with its size and reputation, to have no pool, hot tub, and stiff bed was also a surprise.

Great service and concierge staff made up for age of hotel and not 100% clean bathroom. Restaurant had good service, food was good but our order had to be redone because they over cooked food the first time. Good thing I had beautiful woman to look at while we waited.

The service is great, but the rooms need updating. Towels are thin.

Two couples spent a snowy extended New Years Eve weekend at this beautiful, classy hotel in a great central Cherry Creek location. The lobby is warm and welcoming with a beautiful fire lit and hot cider and cookies offered in the afternoon, and our rooms were luxuriously appointed with great beds and a fabulous view. The concierge made excellent suggestions and we skiied, dined, shopped, saw a movie and play and celebrated in spite (or because) of the snow.

19. From: Julie R., Grand Junction CO USA
 Date of Stay: August, 2006
Knowing the hotel (at least the building) has been there since at least the late eighties, I wasn't sure what to expect (was it an older 4-star in need of updating?). I was shocked at how completely they had managed to update the hotel, down to every last detail. My room seemed brand-new (and so beautifully appointed!). I didn't get a chance to try out the hotel restaurant or bar, but the room service was excellent, if a tad overpriced. Plenty of free parking in their lot, too.
